The owner of CCCC Fuliya County in Yanqing District, Beijing complained about the poor quality of the houses. According to the information released by the owners in the “Yanqing Yaxian County owners service platform”, the Yanqing Yaxian County project jointly built by CCCC real estate and Fuli Group in Beijing was scheduled to be handed over on December 30, 2020, but the developer did not have the legal completion of the handover procedures, the project was not completed nor qualified, before December 28, the notice More than 2,000 owners started to take possession of their homes on December 30.
After receiving the notice, some owners went to the site to see the houses one after another from December 30, but found that there were serious quality problems in the houses: the interior decoration of the houses did not match seriously, water leakage, wall cracking, wall cement could be crushed by hand, etc.

However, when the officials of the Housing and Construction Commission, the developer and the owners went to the site to check the engineering quality of a house in the district (located on the ninth floor), the newly installed “brand-name elevator” in the district malfunctioned and the developer and the head of the Yanqing Housing and Construction Commission were stuck between the first and second floors for half an hour, not daring to move.
