Pelosi knowingly caught in the act U.S. court ruled in favor of Trump, a big reversal! Capitol Police autopsy proves left media propaganda fake news

Challenging Trump‘s Steel Tax, U.S. International Trade Court Rules “Properly Imposed”

Former U.S. President Donald Trump used Section 232 of the Trade Act in 2018 to impose a 25 percent tariff on steel imports and a 10 percent tariff on aluminum imports from many countries on the grounds of threatening national security to protect U.S. domestic production, but it also drew complaints from some steel importers. The U.S. Court of International Trade on Thursday upheld Trump’s tariffs, ruling that the tax was properly imposed.

The Free Times quoted Reuters as reporting that the U.S. Court of International Trade is responsible for handling challenges to trade practices under U.S. law, such as a New Jersey steel importer, Global Steel, argued in court that the law used to impose the tariffs was procedurally flawed, did not specify an expiration date, and posed no immediate threat to U.S. national security. Therefore, Trump abused his discretion in imposing the steel and aluminum tariffs.

The three-judge panel disagreed, writing that “Section 232 grants the President the freedom to assess whether imports threaten national security,” and that the statutory language makes clear that the President is not limited to the factors he includes in determining whether a threat exists. They argue that Trump and the Commerce Department properly applied trade law in implementing the tariffs.

The American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), an industry group representing steelmakers, endorsed the continued imposition of steel taxes to protect the industry from a flood of global production, primarily from China, and urged incumbent President Joe Biden to maintain the tariffs.

Trump had decided to exempt the United Arab Emirates from aluminum tariffs in his last days out of office, and Biden will reject the exemption next Monday, saying “maintaining the UAE’s aluminum tariffs is necessary and appropriate in the interest of national security,” and that he will likely maintain steel tariffs as well.

The number of deaths in the U.S. from the communicable virus surpassed the grim milestone of 450,000 on Thursday night (Feb. 4), according to data. Some 456,461 people had died as of Friday morning, according to Johns Hopkins University.

Big reversal! Capitol Police Autopsy Confirms Left-Wing Media Propaganda Plus News

On Jan. 6, some Antifa activists carrying skull and crossbones flags, posing as Trump supporters, stormed the Capitol and clashed with police.

CNN has reported that according to the coroner’s autopsy report, the remains of the Capitol police officer who died in the January 6 storming of the Capitol did not show signs of blunt force trauma. The media outlet had previously reported that the police officer was killed by Trump supporters with a fire extinguisher.

CNN quoted a law enforcement official as saying in the report that the medical examiner found no signs of blunt force trauma to the officer, so investigators believe that early reports that he was struck by a fire extinguisher were incorrect.

One possible cause of death, investigators said, was that the officer became ill from a chemical irritant such as pepper spray that was used that day. However, investigators have not been able to confirm this possibility after reviewing video of his presence around the Capitol. As seen in numerous videos that have surfaced online, police did use pepper spray, water spray guns and violent repression against protesters during the Jan. 6 clashes.

Authorities announced later that the riot resulted in the death of four protesters and one Capitol Police officer. According to the official website of the Capitol Police Department, Brian Sicknick, a Capitol Police officer, collapsed after returning to his department office around 9:30 p.m. that night and died after being taken to the hospital.

Subsequently, a number of so-called “mainstream media”, including CNN, quoted anonymous officials as saying that Sicknick was “killed by protesters with a fire extinguisher” during the clash. But a police spokesman has consistently denied the claim, saying the media reports were “inaccurate.

The National File, a conservative news site, commented that the “mainstream media” was trying to blame the police officer’s death on “violent Trump supporters The mainstream media is trying to blame the police officer’s death on “violent Trump supporters,” using the officer’s death as a trigger to build hatred for Trump and conservatives.

Also, Siknik’s Family stressed in a statement that they do not want to “politicize” Siknik’s death.

The latest poll: Trump’s bipartisan voter following ratio is staggering if he forms a party; Wang Dulan comments

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has faced impeachment twice, but the latest survey shows that if he leaves the Republican Party and starts a new party, nearly two-thirds of Republican voters will follow him; even for Democratic voters, 15% said they would follow him over other branches.

Oriental Daily News said, “The Hill” (The Hill) and polling agency HarrisX last month 28 and 29, interviewed 945 registered voters in the United States, of which 340 people identified themselves as Republicans.

According to the survey, 64% of the Republican respondents said they would join the new party established by Trump, 32% said they would almost certainly do so, and only 36% said they would not switch parties. Among independent and Democratic voters, 28% and 15% respectively said they would switch parties for Trump.

HarrisX CEO Dritan Nesho believes that if Trump does form a party, it will overtake the Republican Party to become the second largest party in the United States.

Commentator Wang Dukran said that if Trump forms a party, it should surpass the Republican Party, but in the United States, the left wind prevails in the pattern of strong left-wing, but may make the conservative forces affected by the effect of vote splitting, the effect may be the opposite of what traditionalists expect.

Expelled Green criticizes Democratic Party’s authoritarian control: 1 major benefit found

U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (D-Georgia) publicly responded to her expulsion from two committees on Friday night (Feb. 5). She said she felt “free” because she believed that under a Democratic administration, conservative voices could not be heard.

Green told the media outside the Capitol on Friday, “I accept being kicked off the committees because that (being on a committee) would be a waste of my Time. So, now I have a lot of free time.” “You know, what’s going on within these committees …… we’re basically an authoritarian controlled government right now.”

Democrats claim that because Republicans refuse to punish Greene for his history of inflammatory rhetoric, they are being forced to take action against Greene to save face in Congress.

But Republicans argue that the Democrats’ move is a double standard. Republican Rep. Brian Babin tweeted Tuesday (2) that Democrats are applying a double standard by punishing Greene while downplaying the misconduct of members of their own party.

But Republicans argue that the Democrats’ move is a double standard. Republican Rep. Brian Babin tweeted Tuesday (2) that Democrats are applying a double standard by punishing Greene while downplaying the misconduct of members of their own party.

He pointed out that Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-N.Y.) had made anti-Israel comments and publicly stated, without evidence, that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) paid politicians to take a pro-Israel position, and that Omar was subsequently criticized by the public for anti-Semitism. But House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) only reprimanded Omar and she was allowed to remain on the committee after Omar apologized for her comments.

In an unprecedented move, the Democratic-controlled House on Thursday voted to remove Green from two committees, citing her social media comments advocating violence and conspiracy theories before she was elected to Congress in November.

Last December, media broke the story that California Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell (D) had ties to Fang Fang, a female Chinese Communist spy, and was a target of Chinese Communist Spies to obtain political intelligence. Swalwell, who is a member of the House Intelligence Committee and serves as the chief Democrat on the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Oversight Subcommittee, is in possession of top U.S. secrets.

After being briefed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), McCarthy asked Pelosi to remove Swalwell from the Intelligence Committee, but the request was rejected by Pelosi.

Swalwell remains on the Intelligence Committee and will serve as a representative in the second impeachment case against former President Trump (Trump) on Feb. 8.

U.S. North Carolina’s Largest Teachers Union Believes in Communism Reviewed by Wang Duyan

The vice president of North Carolina’s largest teachers’ union is a self-proclaimed Marxist activist with ties to the “revolutionary socialist” organization “Liberation Road,” which follows the teachings of Marx and Mao Zedong. He is associated with a “revolutionary socialist” organization that follows the teachings of Marx and Mao Zedong, “Liberation Road.

The “revolutionary,” Bryan Proffitt, leads the North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE), which has more than 43,000 members and an annual income of more than $8 million, according to a Feb. 3 report in the National Pulse. Annual revenues exceed $8 million.

Proffitt served as president of the Durham Association of Educators and as a teacher from 2004 to 2015, and was a finalist for the Teacher of the Year Award in Durham Public Schools.

Outside of the classroom, however, Proffitt is strongly committed to promoting a domestic shift toward socialism in the United States.

Proffitt’s “Road to Liberation” saw Republicans as the “main enemy”: “Within the framework of a united front, we identified the new alliance of the most reactionary right-wing racists of the capital and middle classes (united in the Republican Party) as the within the Republican Party) as the main enemy. We use this term to emphasize that the right in this country (the U.S.) is rooted in a racist agenda and strategy.”

More importantly, the group revealed that it follows the teachings of Mao: “From Mao we learned the methods of the mass line and the united front – how to learn from the experience and insights of workers and the masses, to allow the masses to make demands and struggle, to be as broad and all-encompassing in scope as possible, and to genuinely challenge the current system; and the insight that under a socialist state of transitional relations of production will produce new exploiters who must be prevented from reverting to capitalism.”

Proffitt also spoke of the particular significance of targeting schools: “Build a common project or movement with people in social movement organizations, community organizations, trade unions, schools and revolutionary organizations. Build the project on the basis of a local investigation of the problem, and we can all develop and work together. We need more base building, more mass movements. This will create a space where people can change their reality. Together, revolutionaries can make a big difference here. Doing this kind of work with people who haven’t done this kind of work before will help build trust and lasting political relationships that can take us to a higher level of struggle.”

Apollo.com commentator Wang Dukran said that the left has taken the parliamentary road for decades with the goal of infiltrating key areas such as the military, media, teachers, courts, etc. Education has completely changed the younger generation in the U.S. to think that socialism is fine and there is nothing wrong with it, so there is little market for conservatives on any U.S. campus.

House Speaker Pelosi knowingly caught red-handed

Republicans on the U.S. House Administration Committee on Friday (Feb. 5) asked security officials to fine House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for allegedly bypassing a metal detector on her way into the chamber, in violation of a rule she had set for herself.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) gives an interview to reporters on Feb. 5, 2021.

English-language Epoch Times reported that Republican Representatives Rodney Davis (D-Calif.), Barry Loudermilk (D-N.Y.) and Bryan Steil (D-N.Y.), among others, said in a letter to the House Security Officer (House Sergeant), “Yesterday at 9:59 a.m. at approximately 9:59 a.m., multiple members witnessed the Speaker of the House enter the House Chamber without completing security screening.”

“What was observed is a clear violation of House Resolution 73, and you are required to enforce this fine under House Rules (House Rules). Please notify us when the amount of the fine is determined.”

Pelosi’s office did not respond to a request for comment. Pelosi created the rule to specifically target the small number of Republicans who have ever legally carried a firearm in the House. The fine for a first offense is $5,000.

The office of Sheriff Timothy Blodgett did not respond to a request for comment. Blodgett told The Hill that he has not received a complaint from Capitol Police about the incident.

“House security officers will impose fines after receiving an unusual incident report from the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP). Unusual incident reports from the Capitol Police must be attached to the notice of fine sent to the member.” Blodgett said in a statement to The Hill.

“Only USCP can determine whether a person has failed to complete a security clearance, and only USCP has sufficient training to determine compliance with USCP’s clearance procedures.” He said.

“I have directed USCP to produce and make available, an unusual incident report for any person who has not completed a security screening. I have not received any unusual incident reports on the Speaker of the House.”

However, according to the text of the resolution, USCP is not required to provide a report in order to impose a fine, and is only authorized to establish policies and procedures by security officers to enforce the resolution.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Okla.), who was himself fined $5,000 for violating the resolution, wrote on Twitter, “Why wasn’t the Speaker of the House fined for bypassing a metal detector?”

“Speaker Pelosi makes the rules. She must follow her rules just like everyone else.” Rep. Andy Biggs (D-Mich.) wrote on Twitter.
