Guyana terminated its agreement to establish a “Taiwan office” on Feb. 5 due to pressure from the Chinese Communist Party. Tsai expressed deep regret and named Xi Jinping on Facebook, sarcastically referring to Xi’s statement that “you can’t say whoever has the biggest arm or fist”.

Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs had just announced the establishment of the Taiwan Office in Guyana on February 4, but just one day later, Guyana announced the termination of the agreement to establish the Taiwan Office.

In response, Tsai said on Facebook that under the suppression of the Chinese Communist government, the government of Guyana unilaterally terminated the agreement with Taiwan, which “we deeply regret and express our protest and condemnation of the actions of the Chinese (Communist) government.

Tsai mentioned that Xi Jinping just mentioned at the World Economic Forum that he “opposes bullying the strong over the weak, and cannot be the one who has the thick arm or the big fist who has the say. This should have been a solemn commitment of a great power, but now it has become a great irony.

Tsai said that challenges have always been there, but Taiwanese will not bow to adversity! She also cheered on Taiwan’s diplomats on the front line, saying that Taiwanese will not bow to adversity!

DPP spokesman Liu Kangyan also criticized the Chinese Communist Party’s overbearing and low-level “War Wolf diplomacy”.

He said that Taiwan and Guyana originally reached an agreement to set up a “Taiwan office” in Georgetown, the capital of Guyana, but the Chinese Communist Party once again extended its political black hand, threatening to stop the aid of vaccines and medical support. It was even rumored that the Chinese diplomats in Guyana went directly to the office of the Guyana Foreign Minister and asked him to issue an official statement to withdraw the agreement.

Liu Kangyan said that the Chinese diplomats followed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Guyana to prepare and issue an official statement before they left to their satisfaction. How ironic it is that the Chinese government continues to use bullying and oppressive practices to isolate Taiwan internationally, in contrast to Xi Jinping’s statement: “We oppose bullying the weak and cannot compare who has the biggest arms and fists and who has the final say.

Liu Kanyan stressed that Taiwan should condemn the Chinese Communist Party’s bullying practices, which threaten the lives and health of people in other countries, regardless of dynasties and parties, and call on democratic countries to face up to the evil practices of the Chinese Communist Party and international bullies.

Xi Jinping said in his speech at the World Economic Davos Forum on January 25. The Chinese Communist Party “opposes the bullying of the weak by the strong, and cannot decide who has the thickest arms and the biggest fists.

Taiwan’s representative to the U.S., Hsiao Mei-chin, retweeted a video of Xi’s speech at the Time and mocked it: “I’ll quote him on that.”

The Washington-based Taiwanese Public Affairs Society, in a statement on Facebook at the time, also denounced the CCP as the world’s biggest bully and called on the international community to join forces against the CCP.

The statement said that it was the greatest and most outrageous irony in history that the Chinese Communist Party “opposes the bullying of the weak by the strong”! Not only does the Chinese Communist Party bully Taiwan all the time, it also bullies small countries in Africa and East Asia. In fact, it bullies every country in the world!

At the same time that Xi Jinping said he “opposes the bullying of the weak by the strong”, the Chinese Communist Party sent 28 military aircraft into the airspace west of Taiwan to disturb the country. The day after Xi Jinping’s speech, the Chinese Communist Party sent four more military planes into the same airspace in Taiwan.

According to the “Southwest Taiwan Airspace” Facebook page, the Chinese Communist Party entered Taiwan’s airspace almost every day in January.

The Chinese Communist Party is a ‘king of changing faces’, it always has two masks, one for when it is in an advantageous position, when it accuses others. The other mask is for scoundrels when it is in a disadvantageous position. If we consider the CCP as a person, it is a rogue who plays with the rules without any bottom line and turns his hands into clouds and his hands into rain.”
