Epidemic-hit Hebei “zero” 1 day and then broke out new cases

People in Hebei were tested for the Chinese Communist Party virus on Jan. 16.

The Epidemic continues to spread across China, with the worst-hit Hebei province declaring no cases on the 2nd, but announcing new cases the next day. In response, Chinese netizens questioned whether officials were again hiding the true extent of the epidemic.

According to an announcement by the Communist Party’s health and Welfare Commission, between 0 and 24 hours on February 3, 31 Chinese provinces, municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 30 new confirmed cases, including two cases in Hebei and 12 new asymptomatic infections.

In this regard, Chinese netizens questioned: “2 days to clear the next day and release the infected is again concealing the true situation of the epidemic?” The Chinese government also said that “I’m sure I won’t be able to go back for New Year’s Eve, and people around me are scared to death.

The epidemic is spreading throughout China, with Hebei and Heilongjiang being the hardest hit by the new wave of the epidemic. At present, the epidemic in Hebei has spread to at least nine provinces and cities, and many places have “fallen anywhere”.

On Jan. 12, a Hebei netizen posted a video with an article saying that Langfang, the city hardest hit by the epidemic in Hebei Province, had also seen the phenomenon of pouring anywhere. The incident happened in the evening of the 11th, at a nucleic acid testing site in Langfang, many people were waiting in line for the test. At that moment, someone fell to the ground next to the queue.

The video shows that the first-aiders are giving first aid to the fallen person, next to people filming with their cell phones and saying, “First aid.”

Hebei province has been in a state of war since January 5 due to the seriousness of the epidemic, and from January 8, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Dingzhou and many other cities, on top of the city closure, have mandated that all buses, subways and cabs be shut down and all people be quarantined at Home for seven days.

On January 10, the Hebei Provincial Health Commission announced that Shijiazhuang, the city with the worst outbreak in China, had been upgraded to a medium-risk status for seven more areas, and on January 11, Hebei authorities announced nine new medium-risk areas. There have been fatal cases.

In response to the serious epidemic, the cities of Shijiazhuang and Xingtai in Hebei began to rush to build “large centralized isolation sites” in early January, with 24-hour construction around the clock. The scale is similar to that of Wuhan’s Fangzhan Hospital, Vulcan Mountain and Thunder God Mountain Hospital in early 2020.

Among them, Xingtai Nangong emergency set up more than 5,000 beds for the reception of cases of the Communist Party of China virus; Shijiazhuang Zhengding County to build 3,000 people centralized isolation site, reportedly covers an area of 500 acres, build 3,000 sets of isolation boarding house, about 15 days to complete.

According to data from the Hebei Provincial Health Commission, Hebei Province accumulated 688 confirmed local cases from Jan. 2 to Jan. 16 at 10 a.m.

Among the 83 new confirmed local cases announced in Shijiazhuang on January 15, many students, their Parents and school staff were sickened in many schools, including elementary school, middle schools, universities and art schools.

As the Chinese Communist authorities have a habit of covering up epidemics, the figures given have been questioned by outsiders. Now officials have revealed to themselves that there are 83 confirmed cases in Hebei, spreading across many schools, indicating the seriousness of the epidemic.

On February 1, Longyao County in Xingtai, Hebei announced the lifting of the city and household closures, saying that production and living order should be restored in an orderly manner. However, on February 2, the streets of Longyao County were still almost empty. Some netizens said that they were afraid of being sealed, afraid of another shot back. And then be sent to quarantine at their own expense.
