China’s white-collar workers “year-end bonus” average exposure! Netizens: daily falsification

China has been attacking Taiwan‘s stagnant salary growth in recent years, but a Chinese manpower company released the “2020 White Collar Year-End Bonus Research Report” on the 1st, finding that the average figure for year-end bonuses in China is $7,826, but many netizens have criticized the fake figures, angrily blasting “What does the year-end bonus look like? The company’s main goal is to provide a better solution to the problem.

The average figure of Chinese white-collar workers is 7,826 RMB, as announced by Wisdom Recruitment. The company’s main business is to promote the development of the company.

The government’s official media “China News Agency” reported that the Beijing staffing company “Zhilian Recruitment” released the “2020 white-collar year-end bonus research report” in China, and the average figure is 7,826 RMB, shrinking 18% from last year. The average figure in the capital city of Beijing was a whopping 13,258 RMB (about NT$57,414), leading all of China.

However, it is worth noting that the study shows that only 27.6 percent of the white-collar workers surveyed are certain to receive their year-end bonuses, and the gender of those who received their year-end bonuses shows that “men are superior to women”, with men being able to receive an average of RMB 8,665 and women an average of RMB 6,483.

In the online survey launched by China News Network, 875 out of 2,227 netizens received a year-end bonus of less than 5,000 RMB, which shows that there is still a gap between the survey and the actual situation.

In response, many netizens have angrily blasted “What does the year-end bonus look like? I’ve heard of it but never seen it”, “What is the meaning of doing these false figures every day? The survey also showed that there is no year-end bonus, “Have the unemployed youth found a job? “I’m grateful to my boss if I can get off work and rest normally”, “How can I get a year-end bonus without work?
