California Governor Newsom Receives Death Threats for Closing Schools and Businesses

Law enforcement authorities have launched an investigation as death and violence threats escalate against California Governor Gavin Newsom, Newsom’s Family, the wineries, stores and other businesses he founded.

Threatening voicemails and emails obtained by the Sacramento Bee contain tangible insults to Newsom, threats of sexual violence against Newsom’s wife, and references to Newsom’s children. One of the e-mails also stated that a winery owned by Newsom’s PlumpJack Group would be set on fire.

Brian Ferguson, a spokesman for Newsom’s Office of Emergency Services, said he could not answer specific questions about the threats, but confirmed that law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation.

We do know that these threats exist,” Ferguson said in a statement. Any threats made to elected officials, including public or private property, are taken very seriously and monitored closely by the relevant local, state or federal law enforcement units.

Democrat Newsom’s adoption of strict restrictions on the New Crown (Chinese Communist virus) Epidemic has prompted angry political nemeses to launch recall actions against him. Newsom’s public discontent deepened over orders to close schools and businesses and a scandal involving massive unemployment benefits fraudulently claimed.
