What is your style of dealing with conflict in the workplace?

The Sage is genuinely concerned about the well-being of all people and strives to find ways to get the best possible outcome for each party in the conflict.
The Sage’s instinct is to cooperate.
Saints feel that conflict is actually an opportunity to solve long latent but persistent problems.
The Diplomat: The art of compromise lies in getting my own needs met.
Diplomats excel at compromise and conflict regulation.
Diplomats also seek to win, but first ensure that their own needs are met before focusing on the needs of other parties.
Diplomats can “level the playing field”, but they don’t necessarily seek fairness.
The Ostrich: Conflict doesn’t exist as long as I don’t face it.
The ostrich hates conflict and finds it very stressful.
Ostrich as much as possible to delay facing the conflict, for example, may be the email should not send, should see the person not see.
Sometimes, if the ostrich procrastinates long enough, the trouble and conflict will go away on its own.
Unfortunately, most of the Time, procrastination makes the conflict more intense and the trouble more escalated ……
So ostriches often have to face worse situations.
The Greater Good hates conflict.
The Philanthropist wants to be liked.
So, when faced with conflict, the Philanthropist often chooses to sacrifice his or her own needs to satisfy others.
The Greater Good is easily yielded, easily persuaded, and easily taken advantage of.
The Great Good is often unhappy.

The Warrior likes to win and pursue victory.
Warriors do not think much about the feelings of others in the pursuit of victory.
Warriors find conflict quite exciting, and even a sense of pleasure, after all, there is a chance to “win” again.
Warriors are tough, and even threaten to intimidate in order to stand their ground.
Warriors are not easy people to get along with.
