The Bavarian state (Bavaria) in southern Germany, where the epidemic is serious, has even stricter rules, implementing a rule that FFP2 masks must be worn when shopping and taking public transport from last week, and a fine of 250 euros (about $306) will be imposed for not wearing one from 25 onwards.
