U.S. Postal Service pushes NASA stamps with a glimpse of the sun’s surface

The U.S. Postal Service recently partnered with NASA to launch a 10-part series of 20 Solar Science Forever stamps. The stamps feature solar activity, including flares, sunspots and coronal rings.

NASA Assistant Administrator Thomas Zurbuchen said, “The natural world around us is as beautiful as art, and it’s inspiring to share the results of studying the sun with the nation.”
