Joe State man accused of participating in storming Capitol commits suicide with bullet to chest

Christopher Stanton Georgia, 53, died by suicide last Saturday with a gunshot wound to the chest after being accused of participating in the Capitol storming, said a Jan. 12 news release from The Gateway Pundit.

Four men with ties to Georgia were arrested for threatening to attend or participating in last week’s storming of the Capitol, one of them, the dead Christopher. The Fulton County medical examiner said Christopher’s death was a suicide.

A police report from Alpharetta, Georgia, shows that Christopher died Saturday at his home. According to the report, officers removed two rifles from his home and his death is “under investigation.

According to documents from the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Christopher was accused of trying to “enter the Capitol against the will of Capitol Police.
