The outbreak in China was followed by a record high of new cases in Hebei Province on January 10; Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, where several cases of asymptomatic infection were found; and Shunyi District, Beijing, where a further infection was found in an online taxi driver, and all rural areas in Shunyi District, which went into closed management.
Hebei Province, in addition to Shijiazhuang Gaocheng, which remains a high-risk area, added 11 more medium-risk areas. 82 new cases were confirmed in Hebei on January 10, a new high for a single day. The infected people are university and high school students, teachers, wedding guests, hotel employees, clinic doctors and nurses, and accompanying family members, indicating that the virus has spread in several places.
Then look at the outbreak in Heilongjiang.

At present, Ms. Wang’s family of five people were found to be infected with the disease. It is understood that Ms. Wang is a pregnant woman, the eldest son is studying in the nearby elementary school, usually to English tutorial classes.
Wang Kui County, near the Peace Primary School: “(Primary schools) are on holiday, only the tutorial classes are isolated, which is serious, that is, the children in the tutorial classes, some children have it.”
In addition, Changchun City, Jilin Province, two new couples asymptomatic infection, they both went to Wangkui County.
Wangkui citizens say the county is now on lockdown and the streets are empty.
The outbreak in Beijing is further complicated by a family of seven infected, living in Lianzhuang Village, Zhaoquanying Town, Shunyi District, where the couple runs a small restaurant table, the son drives an online taxi, and the family’s one- and three-year-old grandsons and granddaughters are also infected.
