The worst-hit areas of this wave of new crown epidemic in Hebei are in Nangong City and the provincial capital Shijiazhuang City. Earlier officials said the virus in the two places is highly homologous.
According to Ms. Wang, who works in Shijiazhuang’s epidemic prevention and control department, Shijiazhuang actually has more than a hundred new cases per day, but the official figures released are only in the tens. Shijiazhuang is now in a state of panic, with the city at a standstill, and transportation to Beijing has been cut off.

Sources from the United Front Work Department of Xingtai confirmed to our reporter that the epidemic is serious, and pointed out that because of the blockade, it is difficult for foreign supplies to reach Nangong, which is why supplies are collected from local enterprises.
