QR Code Inventor Reveals – Over 300,000 Vote by Mail Ballots Undelivered by USPS Video

U.S. media “Gateway Pundit” reported on January 10 that in mid-December last year, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, the inventor of the QR code, was interviewed on the program Benchmark Truth (Ground truth), in which Mr. Pulitzer broke the story that there were 300,000 fraudulent mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania that did not appear in the U.S. Postal Service’s tracking system.

Sam Faddis, host of Ground truth, is a retired CIA officer, author, national security commentator and counterterrorism expert. Before retiring in May 2008, he was head of the CIA’s terrorist weapons of mass destruction division. Since his retirement he has written extensively, provided training to government and private entities, and appeared regularly on radio and television.

Mr. Pulitzer told host Faddis that Pennsylvania officials in charge of elections said about 1 million mail-in ballots were received, but according to his checks, the postal system said there were only 650,000 mail-in ballots that were recorded in the tracking system. Mr. Pulitzer explained that of the remaining 350,000, even if you take out the erroneous numbers caused by other factors, there are still 300,000 ballots that were not delivered through the U.S. postal system.

According to current ballot tabulation data, Joe Biden’s win in Pennsylvania was just over 80,000 votes.

Joe Van also said in the interview that he was able to fully review the mail-in ballots and could ultimately tell us if they were real or not and if they went through the mail.
