The city of Shenyang declared an emergency response and entered a full state of war; all neighborhoods in Shenyang where confirmed cases reside were required to be closed to 17,205 people.
Up to now, the number of close contacts of all types in this round of outbreak has reached 12,001. Among them, 734 are close contacts, 2,779 are close contacts of close contacts and 8,488 are close contacts of sub-close contacts.

All collective reunions and large condolences, reunions, dinners, training and other activities are canceled. Shenyang citizen Zhang Lue (a pseudonym) told the Epoch Times that the epidemic was heavier in Zhonghai District and Minglian District in Huanggu District’s Tower Bay. 23rd confirmed old lady Yin belongs to the Korean ethnic group, her granddaughter was also confirmed, and a student in her granddaughter’s class at the First Korean Middle School was also confirmed, but the official did not report it.

Shenyang citizen Jiang Zhi (a pseudonym) told reporters that Shi Moumou (29 new so-called “asymptomatic infected”) lives in a large neighborhood in Huanggu District, Biliuhe Street Zhonghai Huanyu World, and now people are on edge, parents in the neighborhood are afraid to send their children to school.
Jiang Zhi said, “Now something (the government) does not report, reported out is also more one-sided, some time ago a person in the group said he knew has 4 cases, but then the official reported 1 case, these days Shenyang (official) figures have come up one after another.”
In addition, Jiang Zhi said the epidemic has had a big impact on businesses, Huanggu District Mall northbound hall, Minglian Hall has been closed, a number of stores are closed.
In addition to Shenyang, the epidemic is more serious in Dalian, Liaoning Province, where on December 30, four new risk areas were added to the epidemic, and spread from Jinpu New District to Shahekou District and High-tech District.
As of December 30, Dalian has a total of 16 epidemic medium-risk areas, respectively: Shahekou District, Xinghai Bay Street, Xinghai Park community, High-tech District, Lingshui Street, Dayou Tianyuan community; Jinpu New District, Advanced Street, Minxin community, Jinrun District B; Jinpu New District, Guangzhong Street, Shengli West community, Jindong Road community, Hongqi community, Shengli East community; Congzheng Street, Gugu District A; Friendship Street, Jinhua community, Gugu District B community, Kangle community, Jinhai community, Xingmin Village; Zhanqian Street, Liansheng community, Shengbin community.
