Trump lawyers: Nevada apparently fraudulent court ignored evidence

President Trump‘s attorney Jesse Binnall says Nevada committed clear voter fraud in the 2020 election.

President Trump’s attorney Jesse Binnall says Nevada clearly committed voter fraud in the 2020 election, but the courts deliberately ignored the evidence and abdicated their role as neutral arbiters.

In an interview with NTD, Binnall said the court’s dismissal of the case alleging voter fraud is further fueling the “no fraud” argument.

“It’s absurd,” he said, adding that “the court is more interested in being a rubber stamp and (endorsing) this ‘no voter fraud’ narrative in the media and ignoring the evidence to the contrary -that there was clear voter fraud. The courts have decided to abandon their role as neutral arbiters.”

Binal was representing an election lawsuit seeking to invalidate tens of thousands of ballots, arguing that they were cast illegally. A magistrate judge dismissed the case, saying the plaintiffs had not provided evidence of any illegal voting and counting; the Nevada Supreme Court later dismissed the appeal as well.

It’s really, really unfortunate that the courts are finding ways to dodge this issue,” Binal said. My case in Nevada is an example of that.”

According to the Trump campaign, they found 130,000 instances of voter fraud, including dead people voting and non-U.S. citizens voting.

Binal said he’s not sure why courts would reject such cases.

“It’s very disappointing for any lawyer: no court is giving an important case, an important issue like the presidential election the attention it deserves and needs. If you’re going to live in a democratic republic and you’re going to have elections where every eligible voter has one vote in hand, then our courts need to be able to enforce those rules. I don’t know why they don’t do that right away.” He said.

“But it’s very important going forward that the courts reassume their role as neutral arbiters and carefully examine the hard facts. I understand that these are difficult cases, and judges don’t like to be in a position where they have to admit that the election results were tainted by fraud. Nobody wants to be in that position, and we don’t want to be stuck in that position, but it has happened.”

“The bad guys took, and tried to steal this election, so we can’t bury our heads in the sand, we can’t pretend this didn’t happen, it did happen. Now we have to take a stand: We will not allow the presidential election to be stolen.”

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden claimed he beat Trump in the election, referring to having cast his electoral votes earlier this month and calling on Trump to concede defeat. But President Trump, his team and other Republicans are challenging the results in key states.

So far, the office of Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske, a Republican, says it “has not seen any evidence of widespread fraud” and says all voting machines were inspected before and after the election to ensure they functioned as expected.

They said in a filing that “a post-election audit and recount conducted in Nevada confirmed that the machines accurately counted the votes cast.”

Nevada uses machines from Dominion Voting Systems.

Binal cited the results of a Dominion forensic audit in Antrim, Michigan, and the refusal of election officials in Maricopa County, Arizona, to inspect voting machine subpoenas. “You can only wonder, what are they trying to hide?” He asked.
