The last warrior of Donald Trump: from the hero of America, mayor, to the president’s personal lawyer, who is disliked by his daughter

More than two weeks after the election, Mr Trump is still holding out, declaring on Twitter that he “won” and using a variety of legal tactics to try to salvage his defeat.

Mr Trump announced that Mr Giuliani would lead the litigation team

Rudy Giuliani, a key member of the Trump campaign, is trump’s personal lawyer and former mayor of New York City, although he has no official role in the White House. But now he is the first forward in the Trump camp.

Giuliani was unequivocal, first saying that in Pennsylvania, as many as 70 witnesses had reviewed “70,000 votes” that Trump had raised in question. In addition, Giuliani is trying to file more than 10 lawsuits in various states: “We are drafting petitions in two of the 10 states that may have been in violation of the law, and we will investigate further in other states.” Most of the cases have been dismissed by the courts, and the Trump team has fewer lawyers.

So On Tuesday, Mr. Giuliani took the stand in federal court in Pennsylvania, his first appearance as a lawyer since 1992. (Twenty-eight years ago, Giuliani made a name for himself as a heroic Manhattan prosecutor.) This time, he was ridiculed by the American media for not only forgetting the judge’s name, but also calling the defense lawyer “angry Man.” Unlike during the Trump impeachment investigation, when Giuliani represented Trump for free, his legal fee was $20,000 a day, the New York Times said. But Mr. Giuliani denied the report, saying the amount of the lawyers’ fees would have to be finalized.

Giuliani, 76, is a New Yorker, but the two were not close until Trump announced his candidacy for president in 2015. But after Mr. Trump announced his candidacy, Mr. Giuliani became one of the few prominent Republicans to publicly endorse Mr. Trump. Not only that, trump never gave up when he was in the thick of it.

During the 2016 campaign, Wang met With Giuliani several times, mostly to speak for Trump. For example, giuliani was surrounded by the media backstage after a presidential debate between Trump and Clinton because Trump had few fellow Republicans and few people to speak for him at the time.

On October 7, 2016, the release of tapes from a Hollywood sex scandal nearly put an end to Trump’s campaign. Even Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus urged Trump to drop out of the race. All Republicans tried to distance themselves from Trump, including Vice President Mike Pence. But the only person who hasn’t given up on Trump, and is willing to go on television to defend him, is Giuliani.

When CNN’s Jake Tapper pressed Giuliani, trump thought he was a star and he was free to touch women, who did he do that to? ‘Number one, I don’t know,’ Giuliani said. ‘That’s just talk.’ That’s how men sometimes talk. And Mr Trump has apologised. Mr. Giuliani said he had known Mr. Trump for 30 years, and that it had nothing to do with his perception of him, who has always approached women with respect.

A few rounds later, Giuliani or Trump was ripped to shreds by the host on TV. Jake Tapper said Trump’s rhetoric was also overdone in terms of basic human bottom lines. A weary Mr Giuliani responded: Yes.

Originally, Giuliani was very satisfied with his defense of Trump. However, The next day, Trump did not appreciate giuliani and mocked his performance: Ruddy, you are a baby. Lao Zhu, you are a big baby. This is the worst defense I’ve ever seen in my life. You look like a baby, when are you gonna be a man?

Fear: Trump in the White House, from Woodward

Then Trump began to question Bannon, the former strategist: Why did you let him go on TV to defend me? What about the others? Bannon’s face is a question mark: What are you talking about? He is the only person willing to defend you. I don’t want to hear it! That was a mistake. He shouldn’t be on TV. He’s too weak. Giuliani, meanwhile, was deadpan. But the episode did not affect Mr Trump’s friendship with Mr Giuliani for the next four years.

Sex toy shops dance with fairies

Fast forward to 2020, and the last time you saw Giuliani in the headlines, it was because of two things: an own-goal at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, and a parody of the “Fairy Jump” in Borat 2.

The picture

Giuliani launched what was supposed to be a five-star four Seasons hotel in Philadelphia in the shabby parking lot of a small gardening company, next to a crematorium and an adult-goods store. Giuliani then held a press conference in the same place. It is said that after The Giuliani event, the adjacent adult store saw a boom in business.

Business at sex toy stores boomed after the conference

In the spoof movie “Borat 2,” star Sacha Cohen found a 24-year-old Bulgarian model, posed as a female TV reporter, and interviewed Giuliani about the COVID-19 epidemic. After the interview, Giuliani was invited to his room for a drink, with female reporters making eyes at him.

Giuliani, convinced by his own charm that the house of Cards story was about to unfold for him, asked for the phone and began to act out of control, at one point putting his hand in his trouser pocket. Just as Giuliani was trying to get to the old tree for spring, Cohn, the main character, rushed into the room and threatened Giuliani by saying that the female reporter was only 15 years old…

Giuliani, almost terrified, explained in embarrassment that he was simply tucking his shirt into his trouser pocket, saying it was his enemies’ revenge for exposing the contents of Biden’s son’s laptop.

So who is Giuliani, a private lawyer who has never held any office in the White House, and who is trump’s trusted confidant, and is he ultimately capable of helping Trump save the building from collapse?

He made his name as a prosecutor

Giuliani was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1944 to working-class Italian immigrant children and a Catholic family. In 1961, at the age of 17, he attended Manhattan College in the Bronx. Four years later, he graduated from Law school at New York University.

After graduation, Giuliani worked as an assistant secretary to Lloyd MacMahon, a district judge in the Southern District of New York, during the Vietnam War. Giuliani received a suspended draft from students attending Manhattan College and New York Law School, and After graduation, McMahon specifically requested a suspended draft permit. Giuliani did not go to the front line in Vietnam.

In 1970, Mr. Giuliani became a federal prosecutor and in 1975, he was transferred to Washington, where he served as deputy assistant attorney general and then chief of staff. Giuliani, by this time, had made a name for himself by prosecuting and convicted Congressman Bert Podell for corruption.

In 1983, when he was appointed U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, Giuliani became a household name throughout the United States. During his tenure, he cracked down on the New York Mafia and the criminal syndicates involved in insider trading on Wall Street. The “godfathers” were caught in giuliani’s thrashing.

At one point Mr Giuliani was on the Mafia’s hit list

Giuliani prosecuted a total of 11 Mafia bigshots. At that time, all the heads of New York’s five big families were sent to prison by Giuliani.

Paul “Big Paul” Castellano, head of the Gambino crime family
Anthony “Fat Tony” Salerno, head of the Genovese crime family
Carmine Persico, head of the Colombo crime Family
Anthony “Tony Duck” Corallo, head of the Luchis crime family
Philip “Rastelli” Rastelli — Philip Rastelli, head of the Buano crime family

In addition to the godfathers, Giuliani has focused on the wolves of Wall Street. The most famous case was Boesky versus Macon.

Before Mr. Giuliani, Wall Street had seen illegal trading of large amounts of stock before corporate mergers were announced. But it wasn’t until Giuliani sued Persky that the U.S. justice system began to enforce financial laws strictly. Mr Boesky made a fortune of $200m speculating on mergers and acquisitions based on inside information.

After Mr. Giuliani convicted Him, he commuted his sentence to a larger stockbroker, Michael Milken, who provided him with insider trading information. In 1989, Giuliani indicted Macon on 98 counts of fraud. Macon was convicted by a grand jury, fined $900 million, and was banned from securities for life.

During his time in office, Mr Giuliani has convicted a whopping 4, 152 people, of whom only 25 have been overturned.

The beloved “Mayor of America”

His excellent work made him a natural candidate for Mayor of New York in 1989. By then he was both Republican and Liberal, but he lost his first campaign by a nose to David Dinkins, the Democratic candidate. Mr Giuliani’s moderate stance on social issues such as abortion cost him support among conservative Republicans.

Four years later Mr Giuliani returned with a blistering attack on Mr Dinkins’s initiatives. Including the anti-Semitic riots in Brooklyn during his presidency, the unemployment rate soared from 6.7 percent in 1989 to 11.1 percent in 1992, a spike that led to record crime rates.

Mr Giuliani’s slogan was “Law and order”. “To address New York’s poverty, the welfare system, and the homeless. New York’s image was gradually changed by policing and public works. In the end, Giuliani beat Dinkins by 49.3% to 46.4%. It also made him the first Republican to be elected mayor of New York since 1969, and a victory in a Democratic stronghold would be significant for Republicans.

Giuliani was elected mayor of New York

During giuliani’s mayoral tenure, the DEPARTMENT, in conjunction with the New York City Police Department, launched a number of large-scale law enforcement operations to combat all forms of crime. The crime rate in New York plummeted shortly after he took office. Mr Giuliani prides himself on being strong on the law and controlling crime in New York.

The picture

However, the media found other large cities in the United States, such as Los Angeles, Houston and Phoenix, where crime rates fell sharply over the same period. So experts say the decline in crime in New York at the moment is not just a result of Mr Giuliani alone, but also a result of America’s improving economy and changing demographics.

Giuliani’s main moment as mayor of New York was on 9/11, when he spoke to an entire New Yorker, inspiring and heartwarming. Giuliani was about to end his eight-year term as mayor, and as he was preparing to make the transition, 9/11 happened.

The picture

The fearless Giuliani

Giuliani remained unshaken throughout the incident, saying in an official statement: “Shock, grief, anger, a will to rebuild, and a determination to see justice done. Tomorrow’s New York will stand here. We will rebuild, and we will be stronger than before… “I ask the citizens of New York to be an example to the people of this country and to the people of the world – to say, terrorism will not stop us.”

On Sept. 23, 2001, less than two weeks after the attacks, Rudy Giuliani attended a 9/11 memorial at Yankee Stadium, where Oprah called him ‘The mayor of America,’ a title that stuck with him.

The mayor went into business after that

After leaving office, Giuliani decided to go into business. In 2002, he created a securities advisory firm called Giuliani Partnership Inc. The company’s business is not just in the United States, but also includes companies like Qatar Purdue Pharma, a Middle Eastern financier.

On Dec. 1, 2004, the securities firm acquired the banking and investment arm of Zhiyuan, an accounting firm. Since then, Giuliani has advised other businesses on acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and business strategies. In 2006 Mr Giuliani raked in $11.4m from 124 speeches alone.

Giuliani’s personal wealth has grown rapidly during that time, and he is now valued at around $45 million.

He returned to politics to run for president

After making almost as much money, Giuliani decided to return to politics and, in January 2007, formally announced his candidacy for the 2008 Republican presidential nomination. Initial polls show Giuliani as the republican candidate with the highest level of support and name recognition. Mr Giuliani received a positive rating from 73 per cent of respondents, putting him ahead of Condoleezza Rice, the former secretary of state, and John McCain.

On policy, Mr Giuliani is a moderate within the Republican Party, and he has long supported abortion and the legalisation of homosexuality. This moderate stance has won Mr Giuliani support from many New York Democrats, but it has also left him open to criticism from many conservative Voters within the Republican party.

McCain Schwarzenegger and Giuliani

Mr Giuliani has also been criticised by conservatives for his three marriages. Mr. Giuliani married his first cousin, and his soap-opera divorce from his former wife, Donna Hanover, before he met his third wife, angered many conservative voters.

In the end, his too avant-garde political ideas found little support within the conservative Republican party. Moreover, Giuliani became so obsessed with 9/11 that he ran out of political resources and goodwill by harping on a history that made Americans heartbroken.

On January 30, 2008, Giuliani dropped out of the presidential primary race in favor of McCain.

Become Donald Trump’s talker

Giuliani, who lost the presidential race, became a regular guest on Fox News and began talking about international situations and security, including the situation in Iran and Ukraine.

The picture

A few years later, Mr. Giuliani found his new direction when another New York celebrity decided to run for president: Mr. Trump. The two men hit it off. Trump needed more Republican contacts, and Giuliani needed Trump’s power to return to politics.

Giuliani has been Trump’s most solid advocate since the New York primary. Trump eventually defeated Hillary rodham Clinton was elected President, and Mr Giuliani thought his loyalty for the corresponding return, media speculation about Mr Giuliani will be the new secretary of state, or the justice minister, but the final Rudy giuliani has not won a seat in the White House, mainly because giuliani had previously with Ukraine, Iran, and other institutions have had business cooperation, conflict of interest to let him have almost no congressional approval.

The picture

Eventually, Giuliani returned to his private firm and went back to his old job. It wasn’t until 2018, after the arrest of Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen, that Giuliani returned to the fold, this time as Trump’s personal lawyer. But the world knows what happened to Mr Trump’s last “personal lawyer”. The so-called private lawyer, in fact, is more to help Trump “solve problems and problems” role.

Giuliani’s character is hated by his own daughter. 31 year old daughter Caroline send twitter biden and Harris ? public support
The picture

Carolyn wrote in Vanity Fair under the headline, “Giuliani Is My Dad, But Ask Everyone to Vote for Biden and Harris.” She says her father’s political views are far from hers and has spent her life trying to separate her surname from her identity. Caroline said she had seen firsthand how cruel and selfish Trump was in governing the country, and that it made her want to stay as far away from them as possible.

The picture

Not only did her daughter distance herself from Giuliani, but new Yorkers who once loved him put up subway ads mocking him: need a lawyer? What he’s good at: shady, on TV, shameless, working for free.

The picture

But neither family nor public opposition has shaken Mr. Giuliani’s resolve to work for Mr. Trump. He went out of his way to go after Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, before the election. But as Mr Trump’s “personal lawyer”, Mr Giuliani is genuinely worried. (please stamp about Mr Giuliani survey of hunter history articles ? (bottom “fake news” American factory format: from hunter abuse, biden to Melanie blouse)

The picture

The first time Giuliani investigated Hunter on “corruption in Ukraine”, the final result did not cause much reaction. On the contrary, Trump was reported in July 2019. During a phone call with the President of Ukraine, trump allegedly used his authority to put pressure on Ukraine, so as to hurt his political opponents and influence the political election in 2020. The final result was an inconclusive impeachment, but Mr Giuliani’s attempts to crack down on Mr Biden were fruitless.

The second time, Giuliani went on to seize on Biden’s “computer gate” and try to create another “October miracle” directly against the Biden team, right before the October election. But the public is tired of the Hunt news. The scandal Mr Giuliani sought to create did not, in the end, have any effect on the election.

This time, Giuliani will face the “impossible task,” whether the judge’s patience or time is running out, and whether Giuliani ends up being a trump lifeline, his interests are intertwined with Trump’s.
