U.S. states vote in the Electoral College on December 14. President Donald Trump, who is seeking a second term, has refused to acknowledge Biden’s victory. Continuing legal action against fraud, Trump issued a stern warning in advance of the discovery of massive fraud in the swing states, which certified Biden’s victory as a serious crime.
Voters in American states have cast their ballots in a rigged general election on December 14. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona and Nevada, all of which Trump has previously featured in lawsuits, voted for Biden. But the final outcome of the vote will be confirmed by The US Congress.
When a joint session of Congress convenes on January 6, 2021, states’ electoral votes will be counted. If, in a joint session of Congress, representatives and senators object to the count of one or more states, or invalidate these votes, a second situation arises in which each state’s delegation of representatives votes for the president.
Trump has refused to acknowledge Biden’s victory. He accused Biden and the Democratic Party of stealing the election through massive fraud. Trump said his campaign will move forward with a legal challenge to the results of the November election. “This is not the end. We are going forward. They gave us very little time, but we caught them.”
Senior White House adviser Stephen Miller.
Stephen Miller, a senior White House aide, refuted the 14th Electoral College vote on Fox News. The only date set in the constitution is January 20, he said, “so we have plenty of time to correct this fraudulent election and prove Donald Trump was the winner.”
Miller said President Donald Trump’s Allies sent Congress a list of alternative electors On Sunday that could be recognized if Trump successfully rejects one, even if the electoral College in key states voted for Biden as the winner.
Trump campaign lawyer Lynn Wood also tweeted on Thursday that the election Commission does not recognize Biden. The Presidential Inaugural Committee did not recognize Biden. Congress has yet to recognise Mr Biden. Biden is just the “president” in the left media. Donald Trump is still president and will be re-elected.
The day before the Electoral College vote, Trump sent out a series of tweets, talking about electoral fraud in swing states and reiterating that the results in those states cannot be “legally certified.” These acts of cheating are serious crimes and should be punished.
“We all know about dead votes, underage votes, illegal immigrant votes, fake signatures, inmate votes, cheating disguised as voting machine problems, stuffing ballot boxes, using money to buy tickets, rough handling of Republican ballot monitors,” voting in excess of the electorate, “trump said.
He also said the cheating took place in Detroit, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Atlanta and Pittsburgh. It would not only be illegal for these states to certify the results (Mr Biden’s victory), it would also be a serious and punishable crime. “This election is in protest!” The president vowed again that he would never give up.
The 2020 election has been plagued by the worst fraud problem in U.S. history, with more and more Revelations of fraud coming to light as multiple fraud lawsuits and election integrity hearings unfold in swing states. The trump campaign’s chief lawyer, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, says he has 1,000 sworn testimony about election fraud.
President Donald Trump has repeatedly said his election victory was stolen as a result of widespread electoral fraud.
On November 14, Stewart Rhodes, the founder of Oath Keepers, was interviewed during the Yasuko March in Washington.
Stewart Rhodes, the founder of Oath Keepers, the largest armed militia in the United States, took part in a mass rally in Washington on December 12 to “stop the pickpockets and support Trump’s reelection.” He advised President Trump to use the Counterinsurgency Act to fight traitors.
“I’m going to tell people the truth, because President Trump has his last chance as commander-in-chief,” Rhodes said. He has the absolute right to declassify whatever he wants, and he should declassify all the dirty secrets in the CIA, FBI and NSA files, and expose all traitors in America and all those bought by the Communist Party.”
Rhodes’s Guardian of the Pledge is a nonpartisan group of former military, police and first responders. Rhodes advised President Trump to use the Counterinsurgency Act to fight traitors. “President Trump must use the rights given to him by the Founding fathers,” he said. The Founding fathers provided him with everything he needed in the Constitution. He has a duty to do what must be done.”
The Rebellion Act authorizes the President of the United States to deploy active Duty Troops and the Federal National Guard within the United States to suppress civil strife, insurrection, and insurrection.
As epoch Times columnist Stephen B. Meister writes, given the current invocation of the Rebellion Act to comprehensively address the “illegal obstruction” of ballot checks, and the “rebellion” surrounding the 2020 election, it is important to note two significant differences:
First, Esper is no longer the defense secretary, and Trump has replaced him with Christopher Miller, the director of the National Counterterrorism Center. Second, troops may be deployed in swing states to control votes and voting machines, rather than suppress and disperse insurgent civilians.
It said the president’s invocation of the Rebellion Act was not a declaration of martial law. The Constitution has not been suspended, nor has habeas corpus been suspended. The president uses the military to enforce the law, not to overthrow it.
