It is reported that 17 professional sports functions, including running, swimming and skiing, professional heart rate, ECG, sleep and other health monitoring functions …… the birth of these scientific experiences, are in Huawei’s sports and health science laboratory. Yu also said that more smart wearable products will be tested in this lab in the future.

It is worth mentioning that IDC recently released a wearable device market tracking report, showing that China shipped 32.93 million wearable devices in the third quarter of 2020, up 15 percent from the same period a year earlier. The top three vendors are Huawei, Xiaomi and Apple, which shipped 9.41 million units, 7.24 million units and 5.87 million units, with market shares of 28.6%, 22.0% and 17.8%, respectively.

It is understood that the reason for Huawei’s outstanding performance in the quarter largely depends on Huawei’s launch of TalkBand6 this quarter, which also successfully promoted the growth of the sales of the bracelet product line, coupled with Huawei GT series as always strong performance; and in addition, Glory Watch also has new products to promote and offline channels to follow up, which together contributed to Huawei’s excellent results in China’s wearable device market in the third quarter of 2020.
