An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale and measuring 3.0 on the Richter scale struck Tokyo, Japan, at 15:58 local time on October 28 at a depth of 70 kilometers, according to the Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) website. The quake did not cause a tsunami.
