Lin Zheng was interviewed by CCTV and said he wanted to implement an exchange training system for officials from China and Hong Kong, and that Hong Kong’s century-old civil service system would soon be destroyed by Lin Zheng.
Hong Kong’s government structure, for a century, has been a neutral administrative system, government officials do not care about politics, only administration. Under the British Hong Kong rule, the government was to solve social security, education and health, municipal administration and other daily affairs, purely dealing with livelihood issues. The British Hong Kong government did not ask the public to love the Queen, to be politically correct and progressive in their thinking. The people made their own living, supported their families and lived freely in their spare time.
The situation has gradually changed since the reunification. Last year, when the anti-China movement began, Hong Kong police officers were suddenly all good fighters, performing standard grappling techniques in the streets, and flipping people over with two strokes, their kung fu was excellent. Apparently before the outbreak of the incident, the Hong Kong police have taken turns to the mainland training, learning a martial arts skills, used to deal with Hong Kong people.
The police is a vital department, the first mainlandization, then the turn of the Education Bureau. The Chinese Communist Party knows that the current generation of Hong Kong students is irreversible and is ready to “abandon” two generations, so the target is now the kindergarten generation. It is still too late to brainwash them and instill patriotic sentiments in them before they know what they are doing, so that they will all be enlisted under the Chinese Communist flag. Therefore, Yang Yunxiong of the Education Bureau made the first move by not moving to modify textbooks, teachers had to take an oath, surveillance cameras had to be installed in classrooms, and each school had to draw full-time teachers from the mainland to be in charge of national education.
Lin Zheng is prepared to exchange with mainland officials on all fronts to accompany the training, the purpose of course is a complete bloodletting of the government structure. The oath alone cannot solve the problem of loyalty, but must be ideologically, ethically, culturally, and customarily erase the will of the individual, leaving only absolute obedience to the Chinese Communist Party. As a government official, you cannot have basic humanity, but only full party spirit.
But in Hong Kong, the whole social atmosphere is not so favorable, the public is rebellious, and there are different voices in the government structure at all times. In order to solve the problem once and for all, the only way is to pull people out and put them into the mainland officialdom, surrounded by a clean slate of party officials. Hong Kong officials are immersed in the party culture every day, the pressure of public opinion on all sides of the party eight shares, every day by ear, by implication, even if the will of the more tenacious people, will also be unconsciously assimilated.
After a year and a half, the Hong Kong officials will definitely disintegrate, remove their defenses and accept the new ideas. At that time, they will not only listen to the teachings and obedience, but also take the initiative to defend the interests of the Communist Party, bring the political culture into the government structure, and change the political culture of Hong Kong.
Government officials of different ranks will have the opportunity to be sent to the mainland for accompanying training, so that it will take three or two years to change the political face of the government agencies in a comprehensive manner. There will even be some officials who will be absorbed into the Party during their rotation training in the Mainland, serve the communist ideals, become familiar with the inner workings of the CCP, and be completely transformed into new communist recruits. When they return to Hong Kong, they can still retain their Party membership underground, but they can set up secret Party branches, General Party branches, and Party committees in different government agencies, and the entire Hong Kong government will be replaced and completely controlled by the CCP.
As for the mainland cadres sent to Hong Kong to accompany the training, of course, not to let them learn the culture of governance in Hong Kong, but to familiarize them with the day-to-day operation of the Hong Kong government, so that when necessary, mainland cadres can be pulled out at any time to fill the vacancies of government employees. Under the National Security Law, the election law was “improved” and many civil servants will choose to leave. Once there are more vacancies in the government, there may not be enough Hong Kong people to replace them for a while, and then people can be transferred from the mainland to keep the government running normally.
In short, the official culture of Hong Kong and China will be fully integrated in a short period of time, and everything will be united under the centralized leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. Western District will be the center of power, Central will be the executive body, and the whole Hong Kong, at different levels and in different areas, will be under the absolute control of the Chinese Communist Party, so that the people of Hong Kong will not be allowed to speak or move, and the businessmen of Hong Kong will have to voluntarily lose their integrity.
In order to fight for the next Chief Executive, Lam must follow the will of the CCP in this year or so, fully implement the strategic intent of the CCP, transform Hong Kong into an ordinary mainland city as soon as possible, redeem himself and win the goodwill of the CCP before he can deal with other contenders for the position.
On the surface, Hong Kong has entered a period of shock, there is no hope of survival, but the more desperate Lin Zheng makes things, the deeper her crime against the people of Hong Kong, the CPC can sit firmly in the kingdom, she will have to leave next year, and if the CPC has any shortcomings, her future is even more unthinkable. Hong Kong people should keep their eyes open and see what will happen to her.
