Yesterday (April 6), the mainland media First Financial released the per capita income data of “new first-tier cities”, and netizens sighed: I am dragging my feet again.

According to the public information, the First Financial reporter has sorted out the per capita disposable income of residents in 15 “new first-tier cities”.

The 15 “new first-tier cities” were identified according to the “City Business Attractiveness Ranking” released in June 2020, namely: Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Xi’an, Tianjin, Suzhou, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Changsha, Dongguan, Shenyang, Qingdao, Hefei and Foshan.

The newly released data shows that Suzhou has the highest per capita income level among the 15 “new first-tier cities”, followed by Hangzhou and Nanjing, which have a per capita income of more than 60,000 yuan; followed by Dongguan, Foshan and Changsha, which have a per capita income of more than 50,000 yuan.

After the data came to light, some people questioned and some exclaimed.

“Can you be more specific. Is it a year or half a year? The per capita monthly income certainly does not reach 60,000. I work hard to 6000 a month. am I holding the city back?”

“Where is the median?”

“I’m sorry I’m dragging my feet again.”

“I and Ma Yun per capita income break billion”

“The average life”

“My wallet is not even a fraction”

“Income is not very meaningful, the key is what to burden behind the income.”

“Enough to buy an ordinary house bathroom?”

“I get a monthly salary of almost 10,000, my husband slightly more also limited, two children, simply can not save money to change the house, travel is also finely calculated, too poor!”

“Just out of poverty, I became a beggar.”

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang disclosed in a media interview on May 28 last year that “600 million people earn only 1,000 yuan a month.”
