The Gateway Pundit reported Monday that the elderly man found illegally shredding ballots in a Maricopa County dumpster last Saturday is now wanted, and is a Purple Heart recipient named Earl S.
The Purple Heart is the U.S. military’s Medal of Honor, awarded to those who have contributed to the war effort or have been wounded in combat.
Earl, a Purple Heart veteran, and two friends went to the dumpster Saturday to look for illegally shredded ballots outside the Phoenix Tabulation Center. Arizona Attorney General Brnovich wants to arrest them for collecting evidence in a public place.
Netizens think this AG should be arrested for covering up a crime!
An Arizona resident who knows him told the Gateway Pundit Earl’s story. Earl fought for America, was one of the first Marines, and was himself shot and sprayed with Agent Orange during one of the worst wartime conflicts ever. Earl was the last survivor in his platoon, and he gave his Life to fight for the rights of the American people. He had reason to believe that the ballots in Maricopa County were being destroyed.
On Saturday morning, Earl went to the public parking lot at the Maricopa County Tabulation Center and saw several dumpsters sitting where nothing had been the day before. Suspicious of a bag in the dumpster, Earl retrieved the bag. Upon retrieving the bag, he found shredded ballots inside.
Based on this knowledge and his concern that the crime of shredding ballots was still in progress, Earl walked to the door of the loading dock and attempted to peer inside to obtain evidence of any ongoing crime. His intent was not to gain access to the facility. There was evidence that ballots and voting documents were thrown away after being destroyed.
Officials said they have video evidence that several people were in the facility on Friday watching the ballots, which were never guarded. But that’s completely inaccurate, according to onlookers that day. There were multiple people present on Friday, ballots were visible through open doors, and there was no one inside. Photos were taken of the empty tabulation center warehouse and unrestricted access.
The Gateway Pundit tried to speak with state Attorney General Mark Brnovich on Friday about the ongoing voter fraud investigation, and the attorney general’s office claimed it didn’t want to see any evidence. It took the discovery of shredded ballots in a dumpster Saturday for the state attorney general to take the matter seriously, and now he’s making threats in an effort to silence whistleblowers.
The Gateway Pundit’s sources say there is video evidence of all of the above interactions.
Now, amid public outrage, the county elections office has shut down the fence surrounding the public entrance.
The Gateway Pundit reported on the ballot shredding story over the weekend and said if we had an FBI, this problem would have been solved long ago. But the FBI decided long before the election not to investigate any election fraud.
On Monday, The Gateway Pundit received a response from Ryan Anderson of the state attorney general’s office, “As we told dozens of voters today, rumors that our office indicted or arrested the person who recycled shredded ballots this weekend are untrue. Our office has attempted to make multiple contacts with this individual and recover ballots and establish a chain of custody.”
