The Hong Kong Department of health said that as of 6 p.m. today, two cases of serious adverse reactions after vaccination were reported to the Hospital Authority, and both are currently receiving treatment in hospitals.

It is reported that the first reported case is an 80-year-old man who suffers from diabetes, carotid Atherosclerosis, hypertension and a history of stroke. The case had been in the first day of this month in Yuen Long Tianhui Road Gymnasium Community Vaccination Center vaccination Kexing, 6 suddenly felt chest pain, so to be located in Sham Shui Po District, Kowloon Oh Caritas Hospital for medical treatment, but the situation has worsened, that night transferred to intensive care unit; the initial diagnosis of “acute coronary syndrome”, now in critical condition.

Another case is suffering from diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and thyroid insufficiency of a 72-year-old woman.
