A woman surnamed Jin in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, purchased more than 20 items on Taobao, but 7 items were returned afterwards. She recently discovered that her account had been blocked by the platform for 980 years.
Taobao accused her of abusing her right to apply for refunds and initiate complaints against members, damaging the legal rights of others and obstructing the operation order.
The woman said that recently Taobao held the New Year’s Eve festival, because there are promotions in different online stores to buy more than 20 pieces of goods.
