As the countdown to the U.S. presidential election enters the final stages, the “emailgate” of Hunter Biden, the second son of U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, is in the spotlight. Tucker Carlson, host of Fox News, said that a batch of confidential documents about the Biden family mysteriously disappeared in the process of sending them to him.
Carlson said on his show on the 28th that his team received confidential documents about the Biden family from a source on the 26th, but he was interviewing Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski in Los Angeles at the time, so he asked the producer in New York to forward the documents to Los Angeles.
Carson noted that the producers sent the documents overnight to California through a reputable courier company, but the team received a message from the courier company on the 27th stating that the package had been opened, that there was nothing inside and that “the files had disappeared”. He added that the courier company took the matter very seriously and immediately launched an investigation into the incident, from the time the package was delivered in Manfareton, it was discovered that the package had been opened and was empty when it was sorted by the courier company’s employees.
Carson said the courier company’s security team interviewed all employees who had access to the envelope, searched all planes and trucks that had delivered the package, scrutinized the New York office where their producer had sent the package, and even thoroughly searched the sorting facility, but found nothing.
