Trump refused to sign the bailout bill Democrats conceded to add subsidies without mentioning the withdrawal of scattered money Former U.S. national security: Beijing’s hacking capabilities to overtake Russia in 2016

Congress wants to steal military power? President Trump said: where to deploy the military is up to the president, Congress can not arrogate power.

Apollo.com reports that the city of Detroit is suing members of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) for “civil conspiracy.

President Trump refused to sign the $900 billion bailout bill just introduced by Congress, criticizing the bill for spending hundreds of millions of dollars on foreign projects unrelated to the U.S. epidemic, while giving ridiculously small bailouts to the American people.

Recently, Russian hackers seem to have dominated many headlines, and former U.S. national security officials have revealed that Beijing’s hacking capabilities have surpassed Russia’s in 2016.

A poll by U.S. media outlet Politico showed that nearly 60 percent of voters oppose Pelosi’s continuation as House Speaker.

Detroit Sues Black Lives Matter (BLM) Members for “Civil Conspiracy”

In the past year, like many other U.S. cities, the streets of Detroit have been filled time and time again with violent protests and vandalism caused by Black Lives Matter (BLM), also known as Black Lives Matter. The city of Detroit, like many other American cities, has seen violent protests and vandalism caused by “Black Lives Matter” (BLM).

According to The Intercept, the city has filed a lawsuit against Black Lives Matter (BLM) activists, accusing them of a “civil conspiracy” that has led to protests in the city “that have repeatedly turned violent, endangering the lives of police and the public.

The city cited four protests in the city this year during which police officers were injured, including “broken vertebrae, lacerations and concussions,” the report said.

According to the charges, the activists “involved in the conspiracy” “defamed” the mayor and police, and the city should be compensated.

The report said the city’s repeated violent incidents would overrule the Black Lives Matter (BLM) protest group Detroit Will Breathe’s claim that the demonstrations should be protected by the First Amendment.

But the city’s move has angered critics, including Michigan Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D). In a November op-ed published in the Detroit Free Press, Tlaib blasted the city’s move as “an unimaginable attack on our constitutional rights.

The lawsuit is in fact a counter-suit to earlier allegations by Black Lives Matter (BLM) activists, who filed a lawsuit against the city in late August, accusing police of “repeatedly responding with violence” to demonstrators’ protests.

Trump refuses to sign bailout bill, Democrats concede to add subsidies without mentioning withdrawal of foreign aid

After Trump publicly stated that he would veto a $900 billion Communist China Virus (COVID) relief bill submitted by Congress unless grants to Americans were raised to $2,000 per person, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said they were willing to increase the amount of the grants.

In the end, the president agreed to $2,000,” Pelosi tweeted on Tuesday (22). By unanimous consent, Democrats are ready to put this into action this week. Let’s get to it!”

However, neither Pelosi nor other Democratic bigwigs have made clear whether they are willing to pull some foreign aid programs unrelated to the outbreak.

Earlier Tuesday, Trump strongly denounced the $900 billion epidemic relief bill submitted to him by Congress as a “disgrace. He criticized the bill for spending large amounts of money on foreign aid programs that have nothing to do with the epidemic.

For example, the bill plans to give $85.5 million to Cambodia, $134 million to Myanmar, $1.3 billion to Egypt, $25 million to Pakistan, and $505 million to Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.

In addition, the bill even intends to put tens of millions of dollars into the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., as well as the National Gallery of Art and the Smithsonian, or to pay to prevent the spread of Asian carp in the Great Lakes region, among other things.

In response, Trump noted, “Congress has found massive amounts of money for foreign countries, lobbyists and special interests, while sending a minimal amount of money to the American people in need ……”

Trump also criticized the bill for allowing checks of up to $1,800 each for family members of illegal immigrants while only intending to give hard-working taxpayers $600 each for relief.

He asked Congress to amend the bill to raise the bailout to $2,000 for Americans or $4,000 for a couple; to use more bailout money to aid small and medium-sized businesses and the restaurant industry, which have been hard hit by the epidemic; and to get rid of wasteful and unnecessary programs. He said that unless Congress re-sends him a “proper” amendment, the bill will have to wait for the “next administration” to approve it. He went on to say that “the next administration will probably be me”.

Many lawmakers also posted on social media platforms on Monday night complaining that they did not have enough time to go through the bills in the 5,500-page bill introduced by Congress.

Poll: Majority of Americans oppose Pelosi’s reappointment as Speaker of the House

On Tuesday (Dec. 22), the U.S. media outlet Politico introduced a morning poll. The results show that a majority of American voters oppose Pelosi’s reappointment as Speaker of the House.

Steven Shepard, Politico’s senior editor for campaigns and elections and author of the story, said, “The morning poll shows that only 31 percent of voters surveyed believe that Pelosi should be re-elected Speaker of the House when the new Congress begins, while 56 percent of voters surveyed oppose her re-election. “

“An overwhelming majority of Republicans surveyed oppose Pelosi’s reappointment as Speaker of the House, at 83 percent. Independents surveyed also strongly oppose her renewal: only 22 percent say she should be renewed, while 59 percent say she should not be renewed.”

Mr. Shepherd added, “The findings are closely related to Pelosi’s overall popular image. Thirty-seven percent of voters surveyed have a favorable view of Pelosi, while 52 percent of voters surveyed have an unfavorable view of her. Among independent voters surveyed, 27 percent have a favorable view of Pelosi, while 58 percent have an unfavorable view of Pelosi.”

The current Politico morning poll, conducted Dec. 18-20, surveyed 1,995 registered voters and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points.

Former U.S. National Security Official: Beijing’s Hacking Capabilities Surpassed Russia’s in 2016

In a study on Beijing’s hacking prowess, a summary of Communist Party attacks on U.S. personal data and their consequences over the past decade, based on interviews with more than 30 current and former U.S. intelligence and national security officials, Foreign Policy magazine reported on 22 March.

One former U.S. national security official said that by hacking the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the CCP discovered undercover U.S. intelligence officials and removed the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) network on Chinese sources, which became a double disaster that greatly affected the the quality of U.S. insight into the Chinese Communist Party.

The source recalled that the situation became different when there was a marked decline in high-quality intelligence reporting to senior policymakers.

While this was happening, Beijing was significantly upgrading its hacking capabilities, which allowed an unprecedented amount of data to be stolen and fed into an increasingly sophisticated intelligence agency.

Then, as Xi began a full-scale party purge, questions about his character and intentions gradually became clear. “But some people didn’t recognize it as quickly,” the Obama-era official recalled.

Chinese spies ransacked Americans’ data on a near-Olympic scale, people familiar with the matter said. In addition to plotting to sabotage OPM, hackers linked to Communist Party intelligence agencies stole private information on more than 383 million people, including passport and credit card data.

Increasingly outraged by U.S. intelligence and national security officials, the Obama administration then indicted five Chinese Communist Party military hackers who targeted U.S. companies in 2014, the first-ever public prosecution of U.S. hackers from another country, and said it wanted to impose sanctions on Beijing. But senior U.S. officials at the time still believed there were still small key areas where they could work with the Communist Party of China. That led to more opportunities for Beijing to conduct espionage, Foreign Policy said.

Three former officials recalled that even during the widespread Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election, the Chinese Communist Party had become the biggest counterintelligence threat to the United States. By the end of the Obama administration, it was clear that the CCP’s hacking capabilities had surpassed those of Russia.

The concern of former senior officials is whether the CCP will weaponize this data they have accumulated over the years. If they did, it would have far-reaching consequences that could be even more devastating than what the Russians have done. Because they have a much larger amount of data than Russia.
