Subtle Biden complains about Defense Department’s lack of cooperation, Pentagon issues midnight statement Biden wants to tear down Trump’s border wall, surge in illegal border crossers

Just after midnight Wednesday (Dec. 23), the Defense Department issued a statement calling the Biden team’s accusations “patently false” in response to his complaints about a poor transition with the Defense Department.

Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican from Pennsylvania, released a report citing more than a dozen types of election fraud in Pennsylvania, calling it a disgrace to the United States and arguing that Pennsylvania is less free and fair than the post-war elections in Afghanistan.

Biden and his advisers said this week they plan to dismantle Trump‘s border wall, but in the first two months of fiscal year 2021, the Border Patrol arrested nearly 135,000 border crossers, a seven-year high.

Dominion High sued tube President Trump’s personal attorney Giuliani, and attorney Powell.

Subtle! Biden complained about the lack of cooperation from the Defense Department, the Pentagon issued a statement in the middle of the night

The Washington Times reported that senior Pentagon officials said bluntly in a statement that both teams agreed to a leave of absence, so they will resume formal meetings with the Biden transition team in early January. And Biden’s team denied agreeing to a leave of absence.

On Friday, officials were shocked by media reports that Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller had ordered the Pentagon to suspend “transition handover” cooperation with the Biden team.

The Defense Department later explained that some 20 meetings on Friday had indeed been rescheduled because both sides had agreed to take a Christmas break, and insisted that the Defense Department had been cooperating with the transition.

But the Biden team took the opposite view, with Yohannes Abraham, executive director of its transition team, telling the press, “Let me make this clear: We did not agree (with the Trump team) on a furlough.”

Abraham also told Reuters by phone that some Defense Department officials have now stopped working with them and “our concern is that there will be a sudden break in what is already limited cooperation.”

On Tuesday Biden himself said that the Defense Department was not even briefing them on key issues, including the massive hacking of the federal government. Biden also said his team was not receiving cooperation from the Defense Department and that the extent to which its work was “compromised is unclear.”

Pennsylvania U.S. Senator: 2020 Election a Disgrace to Our Nation

Republican U.S. Sen. Doug Mastriano of Pennsylvania said in a new “Report and Assessment of Election Fraud Hearings” that election fraud and corruption in Pennsylvania is so bad that the election is a disgrace to the United States.

On December 21, Mastriano released the “Election Hearing Report and Assessment” for his district (Pennsylvania’s 33rd Congressional District).

In the report, Mastriano cited more than a dozen proven fraudulent practices in Pennsylvania, such as personal testimony of human rights abuses in Pennsylvania and expert testimony of vote counting anomalies in Pennsylvania that changed the outcome of the election. At one peak of the count, hundreds of thousands of votes suddenly appeared, and 570,000 of them were counted in Biden’s name, with only 3,200 votes counted for Trump (which equates to 99.54 percent for Biden and only 0.56 percent for Trump).

“Other violations included: mail-in ballots not being verified by Republicans in Philadelphia (Philadelphia) and Allegheny County (Allegheny County); and Montgomery County (Montgomery County) not getting Pennsylvania Department of State guidance on ‘fixing’ defective ballots.

“spikes in counting at certain times, even exceeding the counting capacity of voting machines; Philadelphia processed hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots without citizen oversight; and mail-in ballots in many precincts were separated from their envelopes and could not be verified, making recounts meaningless.

“Philadelphia confined supervisors to the outside of the fence at least 10 feet from the counters and Allegheny County supervisors were confined to at least 15 feet away; mail-in ballots were opened in parts of Allegheny County without supervisors to oversee the opening process; mobile polling places were established in violation of the law and these polling places also accepted mail-in ballots, which voters could receive upon request.

“Legal evidence was missing in Delaware County (Delaware); a licensed supervisor who had been authorized to supervise ballots was denied access to the counting site; Montgomery County had almost no supervisors and no verified signatures; an elderly voter voted for Trump but the receipt did not show it; Northampton County (Northampton) election workers illegally audited ballots in advance and did not allow a meaningful audit process to monitor the votes.”

In his report, Mastriano said the Pennsylvania Governor and Secretary of State have refused to investigate these serious allegations despite the evidence; the egregious refusal of election officials and mainstream media to acknowledge Pennsylvania’s widespread election problems and disregard for voters’ sacred right to vote is appalling.

“Every legitimate vote must be counted, and anyone who commits election fraud must be held accountable. Without free and fair elections, our nation will not survive long.” He said.

Mastriano looked back in history and said the United States has spent millions of dollars, at the risk of American lives, to oversee general elections in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo and Bosnia, helping those countries achieve safer, more secure and free elections. Pennsylvania is where the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776, and the election process here is less free and secure than it was in Afghanistan during the post-war elections.

Mastriano said, “Why can’t Pennsylvania do it, and doesn’t want to do it? Pennsylvania’s problems are serious and must be fixed.”

He concluded his report by saying, “The 2020 U.S. election is a disgrace to our nation” and that the election must be addressed based on the facts and the personal sworn testimony of these fine Pennsylvania citizens.

Dominion Gauthier Sues Giuliani, Powell

A Dominion Voting Systems executive has filed a defamation lawsuit against President Trump’s campaign, two of his lawyers and several conservative media personalities and organizations, according to an Associated Press report published in Politico.

Eric Coomer, head of security for Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems, said he wants his life back after being falsely accused of being a key player in Joe Biden’s “rigged” election, the US-China Times reported.

He filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Denver County District Court in Colorado, naming the Trump campaign, lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, conservative columnist Michelle Malkin, the website Gateway Pundit, Colorado conservative activist and self-publisher Joseph Oltmann, and conservative media outlets Newsmax and One America News.

Dominion and Smartmatic, another voting technology company, have begun to fight back. After being threatened with legal action, Fox News Channel and Newsmax have aired retractions of some of the claims made on their networks in recent days.

Self-publisher Altman is the lead defendant in the defamation lawsuit, as Cuomo, whose name first came to light publicly on Altman’s podcast, claims to have heard discussions from antifa claiming that a man identified as “Eric from Domini” said, “Don’t worry about the election, Trump won’t win. I’ll make sure of that.”

According to the Denver Post, Altman said of Cuomo’s lawsuit, “I welcome him to sue me. Everything I said is absolutely true, no exceptions. Does he think I’m going to back down? I won’t.”

In an opinion piece for the Denver Post, Cuomo wrote that he had no ties to Antifa, had never participated in any calls, and that the claim that he had some recordings was “a complete fabrication.

Powell, who misidentified Cuomo as working for Smartmatic, said at a news conference that Cuomo’s “social media feeds are full of hate for Trump,” and she later repeated her allegations in a Newsmax interview.

According to the complaint, Giuliani called Cuomo “a vicious, vicious person” during the press conference. He wrote horrible things about the president. …… He’s completely twisted.

The Fox News Channel was not sued, and Cuomo actually used Fox personality Tucker Carlson to bolster his case. The lawsuit notes that Powell was to appear on Carlson’s show and the interview fell through after she was unable to provide evidence of the allegations.

Cuomo also told The Associated Press earlier this month that right-wing websites posted his photo, home address and details about his family. The death threats began almost immediately.

He said his father, a veteran, received a letter asking him, “What it’s like to have a traitor’s son.”

Biden plans to dismantle Trump’s border wall as illegal border crossers surge

In a statement this week, Biden and his advisers said they plan to dismantle Trump’s border wall and end the “Stay in Mexico” policy and the Trump administration’s asylum cooperation agreements with Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, which allow federal immigration officials to quickly return border crossers who fail to meet the asylum threshold to their home countries, conservative media outlet Breitbart News reported Tuesday (Dec. 22).

Biden said at a news conference Tuesday, “The last thing that needs to be stressed is that we need to immediately stop the asylum pathway that is now operating, which is keeping 2 million people on our border. It’s a matter of putting up a guardrail.”

While there is no immediate end to the “Stay in Mexico” program, Biden’s White House Domestic Policy Council nominee Susan Rice and national security adviser Jake Sullivan said Biden will end the program at some point in the future, while urging future Mexican and Central American border crossers to be patient, The Washington Post reported.

Sullivan emphasized that, as currently agreed, the Asylum Cooperation Agreement, rather than helping to create alternative pathways to protection, denies desperate asylum seekers the right to apply for asylum in the United States.

Rice said, “Immigrants and asylum seekers should never believe the ideas being peddled in the region that the border will suddenly be fully open on day one to process everyone’s (asylum claims).”

More than 67,000 illegal border crossers were arrested at the U.S.-Mexico border in November, more than double the number arrested in the same month last year, compared to only about 33,500 arrests in November 2019, Breitbart News reported. –

Mark Morgan, acting director of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), noted last week that Biden is sending a message to immigrants around the world that “we have open borders.”

In the first two months of fiscal year 2021, which began Oct. 1, the Border Patrol apprehended nearly 135,000 border crossers. In those two months, the number of arrests reached a seven-year high.
