On the evening of December 23, the liuzhi Special Government Office in Guizhou province announced a traffic accident in Xinhua Town on its microblog @Liuzhi.
A truck carrying coal overturned on the side of a van in Xinhua Town of Liuzhi Special Zone, Guizhou province, at around 13:00 on Dec. 23, according to the traffic police brigade of the Liuzhi Special Zone Public Security Bureau.
As of 1614 hours, eight people in the van had been rescued and sent to hospital in time. After rescue, 3 people are now in no life danger, 5 people died after rescue. The driver of the van was in police custody.
