Voting machines are the most important and direct source of evidence of election fraud, and examining them is the work the Trump team is currently most looking forward to achieving a breakthrough. President Trump’s personal lawyer Giuliani said on Monday that officials in swing states, including Joe, refused to hand over their voting machines. The following day, he added that the Joe State voting machines will explode in a big way.
Recently, the Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee’s report pointed out that the state’s general election was fraudulent in at least four ways, and the results were not credible, and recommended that the state’s government-certified election results be repealed.
Crackdown on retaliation? New York prosecutors want to check Giuliani’s emails. Can’t wait! California’s Secretary of State fills the vacancy of He Jinli as U.S. Senator.
Joe State Senate Review Report: Election Results Not Credible Should Be Decertified
Recently, the chairman of Georgia’s Senate Judiciary Subcommittee, which is responsible for reviewing evidence of fraud in the 2020 election, released a 15-page report stating that the state’s election results are not credible and recommended that the state’s government-certified election results be rescinded.
William Ligon, chairman of the Joe State Senate Judiciary Subcommittee, reached this conclusion after reviewing the recount process, the audit process, the ongoing investigation and the litigation that is moving forward.
In the executive summary of his report, Ligon wrote, “The November 3, 2020 general election (the ‘General Election’) is chaotic and any reported results must be deemed unreliable.”
Ligon’s report includes what appears to be coordinated illegal activity at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Fulton County, where election workers at the counting site intentionally counted fake ballots into the final vote totals.
The report noted that the Judiciary Subcommittee’s review also found that
Georgia’s election officials failed to enforce the state’s election rules.
The state failed to ensure sufficient transparency in the signature verification and audit process.
The Georgia Secretary of State imposed an “unconstitutional prohibition” that prevented polling place observers from using electronic devices to record the vote counting process.
Officials at all levels failed to secure the ballots and there was a “systemic failure” to keep records of the chain of custody of the ballots.
Ligon said, “In the oral testimony of witnesses on Dec. 3, 2020, and in the subsequent written testimony submitted by many other witnesses, sufficient evidence was provided that there were systemic irregularities and voter fraud in the 2020 Georgia general election, so the election results should not be certified.”
Ligon added, “If a majority of the Legislature agrees with the findings of this report, then the election certification should be revoked and the Legislature should act to appoint appropriate members of the Electoral College. “”Given the time constraints, the chairman and the senators who endorsed this report recommend that the leadership of the Legislature and the governor convene immediately for further consideration.”
Georgia U.S. Rep. Jody Hice (R) announced Tuesday (22) on Twitter that he will lead the charge against Georgia’s electoral vote certification results on Jan. 6. The court declined to hear Trump’s legal case, “We will make sure the people can.”
Fighting retaliation? New York prosecutors want to check Giuliani’s emails
NBC reported Tuesday (Dec. 22) that federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York are in talks with Justice Department officials in Washington, D.C., and want to investigate the emails of Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal attorney. Outside analysis suggests that the move may be a prelude to a leftist retaliation against the Trump camp.
Under Justice Department policy, prosecutors must first obtain approval from the U.S. Department of Justice before asking a judge to sign a search warrant for items that may be protected by attorney/client privilege. It is unclear whether this action has been approved. And the scope of the current investigation into Giuliani’s emails that New York prosecutors want to conduct is unclear.
The Wall Street Journal reported last October that federal prosecutors in New York were investigating Giuliani’s business dealings with him in Ukraine. As part of the investigation, they examined Giuliani’s bank records. That same month, two of Giuliani’s partners, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, were arrested and charged with campaign finance fraud.
Both Parnas and Fruman are known to have helped Giuliani gather evidence of international business dealings between presidential candidate Biden and his son, Hunter.
In response to the NBC story, Giuliani tweeted, “I’m honored to be at the top of the Biden administration’s retaliation list. Sounds like the DOJ anti-Trumpers can’t wait for Biden’s DOJ to become the government’s secret police, just like they were under Obama.”
Giuliani added, “There is no reason for them to try to forcefully check my emails. This is improper behavior and a violation of attorney/client privilege.”
Talking about Joe State voting machines, Giuliani: will soon break the big story
On Tuesday (22), President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani said on “War Room: Pandemic,” “I happen to know that with respect to the (voting) machines, we’re going to have a big story in the the next day or two will break a big story or two from Joe State. Let me pray for luck.”

Many counties in the state of Joe use Dominion voting system machines. A forensic audit (Forensic Audit) in Michigan recently concluded that the Dominion voting system was designed to influence elections.
Giuliani: Swing State Officials Refuse to Hand Over Voting Machines
Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani told Newsmax television on Dec. 21 that his team could confirm election fraud, but officials in the swing states in question refused to allow the Trump team to inspect the voting machines directly.
Giuliani said it would be easy to prove that 10,000 non-citizens voted in Arizona.” “All they had to do was give me the voter list and check it in a Lexis-Nexis search and I could find 40,000 non-citizen voters.”
However, Giuliani said governors, election officials in Arizona and other swing states are not allowing the Trump team to investigate voter lists.
Giuliani added, “They also refused to allow us to check the voting machines.” “If they don’t have fraud, why won’t they let us inspect them? Why is the governor of Georgia holding on to that $110 million voting machine to death and just not letting us inspect it?”
He said Joe Biden should support an audit of the voting machines. He said the Trump team could prove election fraud.
Previously, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, and the state’s governor, Doug Ducey, a Republican, both said there was no evidence of fraud sufficient to change the outcome of the election; Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger also denied there was election fraud.
Giuliani also said over the weekend that the Trump team was unable to inspect voting machines in Arizona and other swing states.
California Secretary of State Fills Her Vacancy as U.S. Senator
California Governor Gavin Newsom on Tuesday (Dec. 22) appointed California Secretary of State Alex Padilla to fill Kamala Harris’s congressional Senate seat.
Newsom said in the announcement that Padilla is of Mexican immigrant descent and that his parents worked as cooks and housecleaners. He will become the first Latino congressional senator in California’s history.
California Secretary of State Alex Padilla (D) signed a memorandum in 2018 encouraging college campuses to set up polling stations.
In a statement provided by the governor’s office, Padilla said, “I am honored and humbled by the trust Governor Newsom has placed in me, and I will work hard, live up to that trust, and serve all Californians every single day.”
San Francisco attorney and Bay Area Republican National Committee member Harmeet Dhillon tweeted in response to the appointment news, saying, “One of the worst elected officials in the country is going to Washington and he’s not elected! This will put a fitting end to his failed (Secretary of State) tenure. Remember the last time, when businesses and churches were shut down during an epidemic lockdown, he said it was cool for strangers to go door-to-door collecting ballots?”
