President Donald Trump‘s team said today that it will again ask the federal Supreme Court to overturn the results of the Nov. 3 election.
In a statement issued by the campaign, Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani said the team filed a brief asking the federal Supreme Court to overturn three Pennsylvania court rulings interpreting the state’s mail-in ballot requirement.
Giuliani said they filed the lawsuit seeking all “appropriate remedies,” including ordering Pennsylvania’s Republican-controlled General Assembly to give the state’s 20 electoral votes to Trump.
