The 2020 U.S. election has been marred by unprecedented fraud as leftist politicians, unscrupulous media, tech giants and the Chinese Communist Party have joined forces to stage a coup against President Trump.
The Trump (Trump) legal team and others are pursuing legal actions in six states, including several cases that have been appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. They also filed their first independent Supreme Court complaint Sunday, seeking to overturn the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s ruling in several cases in which the state changed its mail-in ballot law around the time of the election.
Trump said Sunday that he now needs the help of politicians to expose the “biggest election fraud in the history of the United States. He also previously called for public support and encouraged people to attend a Capitol Hill rally on Jan. 6.
Following in the footsteps of Representatives Mo Brooks and Paul Gosar, Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-CA) has also indicated his intention to challenge the Electoral College in swing states during a joint session of Congress on January 6. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) and others have also expressed support for Trump.
Former U.S. National Security Adviser General Michael Flynn said a foreign intelligence agency monitored the Nov. 3 attacks on the U.S. election and was willing to provide information to President Trump.
In order to compete for the key Senate seat in Joe, Trump’s eldest daughter Ivanka will travel to Joe on Dec. 21 to campaign for two Republican senators in the Jan. 5 runoff. Trump also announced that he will go to the state to campaign for two more Republicans on Jan. 4 next year, the day before the two Senate runoffs in Joe.
On the other hand, the leftist media continued their usual cover-ups and biased reporting, while big tech company YouTube began removing videos exposing election fraud, including an opening statement about election fraud by Trump campaign lawyer Jesse Binnall at a Senate Homeland Security hearing.
A former Wisconsin judge, James Troupis, also said at the election fraud hearing that the left’s deep intimidation of lawyers and judges “is a sad, sad state of affairs.”
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden announced New Mexico Congressman Deb Haaland as secretary of the interior and former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm as secretary of energy. Biden also nominated Michael Regan of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality to head the Environmental Protection Agency and Brenda Mallory, an environmental lawyer, to chair the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
But Biden’s “White House Press Secretary” Jen Psaki said on Fox News that Biden “will not discuss the investigation of his son with any of the attorney general candidates” and that “he will not discuss it with anyone he’s considering for the position, nor will he discuss it with a future attorney general.” Psaki added that it is up to the future attorney general to handle any investigation (of Hunter).
The following is a live update on the U.S. election situation.
Biden to get vaccinated against Chinese Communist virus this Monday
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s (D-N.Y.) campaign announced that Biden will be vaccinated against the Chinese Communist virus (Wuhan pneumonia) on Monday (Dec. 21) local time.
Last week, a reporter traveling with Biden tested positive for the CCP virus; Democratic Rep. Cedric Richmond, Biden’s nominee for White House senior adviser and director of the Office of Public Engagement, was also diagnosed with the infection. Biden also attended the same event that day and gave a speech.
As of now, several prominent U.S. political figures have been vaccinated, including Vice President Mike Pence (Mike Pence), House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Nancy Pelosi), and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Mitch McConnell).
Cruz: Those involved in election fraud should be prosecuted and jailed
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) told voters at a rally in Georgia that the Trump team is fighting to defend the Constitution and that anyone involved in election fraud should be prosecuted and imprisoned.
“It’s time to end voter fraud, it’s time to expose voter fraud,” Cruz said Saturday, adding, “It’s time to take action against all those involved in voter fraud, prosecute them and put them in jail.”
Cruz’s comments come just days after President Trump retweeted a posting by attorney Lin Wood. Lin Wood said the president should prosecute and jail Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
Trump Lawyer Says New York Times News on Martial Law Is False
The New York Times on Saturday quoted anonymous sources as saying that Trump held meetings with Powell, Flynn, former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and other advisers to discuss the imposition of martial law. The New York Times claimed that two sources with knowledge of the situation provided this piece of information.
In a tweet on Sunday, Trump wrote: “Martial law = fake news. Just more knowingly bad reporting!” Trump’s team attorney Jenna Ellis retweeted Trump’s post Sunday, calling the New York Times story “fake news.
Powell wrote on Twitter on Dec. 20 that “there is no discussion of a military coup by Donald Trump or anyone representing him” and that “anyone who says this, including those around him, is a liar. “
Billionaire: White House adviser wants Trump to abandon election campaign
Patrick Byrne, founder of U.S. e-commerce giant Overstock and an investigator of election fraud, said he himself attended a lengthy White House meeting on Dec. 18 in which he argued that President Trump’s advisers “want him to lose” the election and “are cheating him. “and are lying to him.”
Bourne singled out White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, White House counsel Pat Cipollone and two lawyers he calls only by their first names, Eric and Derek.
Bern said Powell and Flynn have proposed a course that “I would estimate has a 50-75 percent chance of winning. Instead, his (Trump’s) handlers just tried to convince him not to do anything and accept the election results.” “It breaks my heart to watch what he (Trump) is going through. He’s being betrayed from within.”
Florida lawmaker: will challenge Electoral College with congressional warriors
On Sunday (Dec. 20), Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz (R) said he plans to challenge the Electoral College vote results at a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6.
Gaetz has been a longtime supporter of President Trump and a staunch opponent of the Democratic investigation of the Trump administration. He told Newsmax TV on Sunday that he would be tough on big tech companies. He also mentioned Alabama’s newly elected Sen. Tommy Tuberville’s (R-Ala.) intention to join the congressman in challenging the swing state’s Electoral College vote.
Gates said he has spoken with Tuberville, who told him he plans to join the effort
Donald Trump Jr. campaigns in Joe, calls on voters to vote to stop socialism
Trump’s eldest son Donald Trump Jr. spoke at a Catoosa County, Georgia, electioneering rally on Dec. 19 and urged voters to cast their ballots in the Jan. 5 Senate runoff election.
He stressed the importance of Republican candidates Loeffler and Perdue winning to be able to stop some (leftist) Democrats from pursuing socialist policies, “Now is the time that is at stake, for ourselves, for our families, for our freedom.”
The Senate has a total of 100 seats, of which the Republicans currently have 50 and the Democrats 48. If the Democrats gain 2 seats in Georgia, it will create a 50 to 50 tie, at which point the decision will be made by the vice president.
Brooks: Congress should decide the next president
“It’s in the U.S. Congress, and it’s up to us to decide who the president of the United States is. The courts can’t, but the federal courts, the Supreme Court, they have a role to play in the process.” Mo Brooks, a federal congressman from Alabama, said in an interview with Epoch Times.
Under the U.S. Constitution, there is a scenario in which the U.S. House of Representatives would ultimately pick the next president, and each state would have only one vote. “Congress has statutory authority under federal law and constitutional authority under the U.S. Constitution because, after all, we are the final judge of whether to accept or reject the Electoral College vote. As to who gets the majority of the Electoral College votes, we are the final judge.” He said.
“To say that there was no evidence of fraud in the election, unless you have the narrowest definition of the word ‘fraud,’ is an absolute fool’s errand.” Brooks said, “If the election results are inaccurate, then there’s a problem (wrong) and it needs to be corrected, and that’s how it should be treated.”
Chinese Communist spy woman and Van Steen in same frame, lawmakers worry about extent of Communist infiltration
A recent report shows that the not-so-simple exposure of a female Chinese Communist spy and a congressman is not so simple. Many old photos have been unearthed that show Fang Fang “sweeping” the California Democratic Party political scene several years ago, and in one photo, Fang is standing with California’s senior female senator, Senator Stephan Fan, and another spy who has been lurking around Fan for two decades.
Fox TV host Maria Bartoromo said on her talk show Sunday (Dec. 20) that she saw a photo of U.S. Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-Calif.) with Christina Fang, a Chinese Communist spy, and Russell Lowe, another Chinese Communist spy who has lurked with Feinstein for two decades.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said the infiltration of the Chinese Communist Party into the United States is very concerning, so why would Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) be able to nominate someone like Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) to the Intelligence Committee who was warned by the FBI that he was surrounded by Chinese spies?
Trump Retweets Video “Save America, Save the World”
On Dec. 19, President Trump retweeted a video, “Fight for Trump, Save America, Save the World,” which has now received more than 1.8 million views.
The video brings together a number of spectacular scenes: tens of thousands of people chanting “Fight for Trump” in Georgia on Dec. 5, and a tsunami of military personnel at the annual Army-Navy football game on Dec. 12, chanting “USA! America!” On Nov. 14, hundreds of thousands of people gathered in Washington, D.C., to protest the stolen election results, from the crowds, motorcades and flotillas carrying Trump flags to the Californians who greeted the president’s motorcade, to the pro-Trump events in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, South Korea, Nigeria, Israel and India. The winner.
Pennsylvania rallies against election fraud, calls to stop Democratic coup
On Saturday (Dec. 19), people in Pennsylvania’s capital city of Harrisburg braved the cold to hold another “Stop the Steal” rally, demanding a thorough investigation into massive election fraud and calling on President Trump to exercise his constitutional prerogative to declare martial law and stop the coup. This was part of the seventh consecutive week of protest rallies held by people across the United States.
Brendan, a college student from Maryland majoring in political science, said, “Our vote is a way for us to check our government. If it’s taken away, we’ll lose it forever. That’s why it’s so important.”
Adam Pare, a treasurer from New Hampshire, said he came a long way with sincerity to “the birthplace of our country, the great state of Pennsylvania, because I was disenfranchised, and I don’t know if my vote counts, and that bothers me a lot. This is the most difficult time I have ever seen in my life.
