The state of voting and re-voting

American voters voted in their home country, unaware that they had originally voted on a Chinese Communist voting machine and that their vote would be sent to a foreign country via the global Internet, where it would be made into a form, and where it would also be possible to manipulate the algorithm to flip the vote and give 2/3 of it to Biden and 1/3 to Trump.
