The video posted by netizens shows the man who shot the video complaining to himself: the community is sealed off, the family is not allowed to go out, bored, depressed, and even household chores are grabbed to do.

On Dec. 19, more neighborhoods in Dalian began to implement closures, and in the Dalian Development Zone, authorities required all residents to undergo full nucleic acid testing.
