The Gateway Pundit reported Friday (Dec. 18) that officials sent by the secretary of state to ignore suspicions of fraudulent votes raised by auditors in the recount conducted in Michigan were confirmed by video presented by constitutional lawyer Matthew DePerno. DePerno, a constitutional lawyer, is an American hero.
Two weeks ago, Michigan’s 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer, allowed DePerno’s client William Bailey and a team of skilled IT experts to conduct forensic forensics on 16 multi-cat voting machines in Antrim County. On Monday (Dec. 14), Judge Elsenheimer agreed to release the results of the forensic forensics to the public. The results are outrageous.
The forensic forensics report says: After forensically examining 16 multi-cat voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan, the Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG) concluded that the error rate for multi-cat voting machines was 68.05 percent. De Peno explained that the error rate of 68.05 percent when putting ballots into the machines means that 68.05 percent of the ballots were sent for bulk adjudication, and those ballots were collected in a folder somewhere and “sent to other places where the votes could be changed.” And the Federal Election Commission’s (FEC) guidelines set an allowable error rate for vote counting of 1 in 250,000 ballots, or a 0.0008 percent error rate.
According to the Joint Security Operations Group report, constitutional attorney DePerno stated, “We conclude that a multi-cat voting system should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that Antrim County’s election results should not be certified.”
The damning report, however, was widely criticized by the Democratic mainstream media and the dishonest Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.
Michigan’s Secretary of State Benson ordered a “limited risk audit” of Antrim County’s ballot initiative.
On December 17, Secretary of State Benson ordered a “limited risk audit” of the ballots following the shocking findings of Mr. DePerno and a team of IT experts. “limited risk audit” to observe, when there were also six officials sent by the Secretary of State to make the rounds on the spot, specifically to observe and correct ballot counters who dared to stray off target.
The Gateway Pundit describes the limited-risk audit of ballots for any bundle of paper ballots whose vote counts have been recorded. The ballot audit addresses how votes are stored and how any particular votes are retrieved (ballot list). In order to make the report resulting from the limited risk audit meaningful and to give the public confidence in the results, a higher standard was set. The required conditions were that paper ballots were preferably hand-marked and that marking equipment could be provided for use. Voters consciously take steps to check the accuracy of paper ballots before voting (ballot validation). Strict ballot accounting and a properly maintained ballot chain of custody.
But can a “properly maintained chain of custody” be achieved if there is photographic evidence that the seals on the multi-cat voting machines were broken on Nov. 27? The answer, of course, is no.
Before completing the so-called audit to ensure the integrity of Michigan’s elections, Secretary of State Benson explained to the media the purpose of the “limited risk audit”: “While we know the machine tabulators are working properly in Antrim County, we are conducting this audit to ensure that we can explain to the public Countless officials from political parties at the federal, state and local levels have confirmed that this is the safest election in our country and that the certified results accurately reflect the will of the voters,” she added, “It’s time for Michigan and America to reject, once and for all, the relentless campaign of falsehoods that have undermined our elections and their integrity. Move forward and support our collective democracy.”
Video: Fraud in Antrim County’s “limited risk audit”
Mr. DePerno, who served as an observer for the Limited Risk Audit, disagreed with Secretary Benson’s statements and provided video and photographic evidence to The Gateway Pundit that he was able to once again expose the Secretary’s deceptions. He provided 3 videos of the recount.
Video 1 Mancelona Township Ballots
The first video is an audit of a box of ballots from Mancelona Township, where 20 bipartisan volunteers participated in a “limited risk audit,” and this box was assigned to three of those volunteers.
The box contained a mix of ballots that had been tabulated and ballots that had never been tabulated, as well as several blank ballots. Mr. De Peno said the ballot box was “an absolute mess!” On December 16, Gateway Experts reported on photos taken on November 27, 2020 in Mancelona Township District 1, where both security seals on the multi-cat ballot are missing.
Video 2 Helena Township ballots
The second video is an audit of ballots from Helena Township, where volunteers are questioning why there are fewer ballots in the ballot box than the number of votes originally shown to have been counted. Shortly after asking the question, a male official dispatched by the Secretary of State comes to the table with a bag marked “damaged ballots” and asks the volunteer to count those votes as well. Attorney DePerno witnessed the unidentified male official take the bags marked “damaged ballots” out of the ballot box and give them to the volunteers who were “auditing” the count. De Peno also witnessed the official tell the volunteer to add the “spoiled ballots” to the count.
Video 3 Central Lakes ballots
The third video shows the recount of a bundle of ballots in Central Lake, where a male teller questions “multiple ballots with the same signature. According to DePerno, 138 ballots were signed in identical handwriting. Officials sent by the Secretary of State at the time asked the tellers to skip over the ballot fraud they saw and continue counting. Here is a translation of the video conversation.
The woman sent by the secretary of state said, “We need to do a count because if we don’t have a count, we can’t move forward. We know that the vote count in this district is a real concern, but now is not the time to investigate.”
“Did you find anything else?” The male vote counters asked.
The female official replied, “No. So you need to continue with the vote counting audit so you can come up with numbers and you can see how many votes were cast.”
The female teller asks, “Do we still have the opportunity to challenge multiple ballots with the same signature after we finish the count audit?”
The female official said, “I don’t know if challenging is the right word.”
The female counting volunteer said, “But we are challenging ……”
The male volunteer told the female official, “We will continue to count the ballots, but we will count them separately and put an asterisk to show that they have the same signature.”
The female official told the volunteers, “Again, we know you are concerned about the election in this district,” she explained, “but that is not your role right now,” and she went on to urge the volunteers to ignore multiple identical signatures and just count the ballots. “What I need you to accomplish now is to audit.” Both volunteers explained that they would mark the questionable ballots, to which the female official replied, “Again, the audit process does not include that.”
The female official tells the volunteers to continue counting ballots, but in no way assures them that the potentially fraudulent ballots will be addressed, instead asking them to treat all of these questionable ballots as legitimate. The female official can be seen in the video telling volunteers who objected to the questionable ballots being added to the vote totals, “Now is not the time to investigate!”
The image below shows the votes for Biden in Central Lake Township, with ballots pulled forward that were all pulled by the counters because their legitimacy was questioned.
Voting machine in Central Lake Township, Antrim County, with the protective lock on it missing
On Dec. 16, the day after John Poulos, CEO of Multi-Cat Voting Systems, testified before the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee, Mr. DePerno got in touch with The Gateway Pundit to say that Poulos’ statement that ballots had been securely stored was false. Mr. DePerno provided The Gateway Pundit with photos from which a seal on a tabulator could be seen broken. DePerno explained, “In Central Lakes, there is a protective lock on the data port on the side of the voting machine, and by opening the lock you can insert a thumb drive to perform a software upgrade and also change the program.” He explained, “With this protective lock gone, anyone or even the average voter can change the programming of the multi-cat voting machines.”
Mr. DePerno explained to us that once the seal broke and the protective lock was removed, the integrity of the voting machine was compromised. DePerno said, “This definitely indicates that someone has accessed the inside of the tabulator and it is no longer a secure voting platform.”
Mr. DePerno’s testimonial
Mixed in with the actual ballots were blank ballots, the sheer number of which shocked Mr. DePerno, who said he believed he had observed more blank ballots in the recount than the number of registered voters in Antrim County.
Mr. DePerno told The Gateway Pundit, “This limited risk audit simply did not follow the rules of the audit, was not audited under those rules on the 17th, and simply conducted a hand recount of the presidential election that failed to address many of the problems with the general election ballots. The volunteers who helped conduct the manual recount were also not allowed to ask any questions or challenge any ballots. The hand recount also failed to address the obvious problems caused by the erroneous vote count between Nov. 3 and Nov. 6. The audit was nothing more than a political show to allow the Secretary of State to issue the same erroneous statement to Michigan voters again. In the midst of the audit, recount workers who dared to ask questions would have been told to shut up.”
Mr. DePerno’s forensic deposition, coupled with the photographic and video evidence, is enough to raise questions about the entire Michigan election. Will the media or the courts take any of this seriously? We are now entering a time in our nation’s history when decades of Republicans ignoring the corruption of the media and the judicial system has allowed America to be becoming a banana republic.
