In 2020, Arizona’s voter turnout was 3,420,565, compared with 1,037,550 in 1998 — that is, 2,383,015 more people voted in the 2020 election than in 1998.
Arizona’s population grew by about 1.75 million over the course of 22 years. The increase in the number of people voting in 2020 is about 630,000 more than the increase in the population — which is super incredible.
