On December 16, 2020, the United States congress republican senator Tom Cotton (Cotton) Tom, republican Congressman Chris Smith (Chris Smith), a democratic Congressman Tom Jordan, (Tom Suozzi) launched a “Stop pluck organs Act” (Stop Forced outraged Harvesting Act), to Stop the communist party of China is strong to pick a guilty conscience organs of sin, and sanctions.

“According to a ruling by the International People’s Court in London, The United Kingdom, the market value of organs sold by Chinese doctors from prisoners in Chinese prison camps — sometimes alive — is as high as $1 billion a year,” said a statement from Senator Tom Cotton’s office.

“There is growing evidence that the Chinese Communist Party has, and continues to, forcibly seize the organs of Chinese prisoners and Chinese religious believers,” Senator Cotton said in a statement.

“This bill will identify and punish Members of the Communist Party who are involved in forcibly removing organs. It is high time that Beijing was held accountable for these heinous acts.”

The Act authorizes and requires:

The United States government denies or revokes visas to people who buy illegal organs;

Require The State Council to provide an annual report on foreign organ harvesting; The State Council report should identify responsible foreign officials and agencies that forcibly remove organs;

Require annual reports on United States institutions that have provided training in organ transplant surgery to foreign institutions involved in extorting organs;

It is prohibited to export organ transplant surgical equipment to the organs responsible for forcibly removing organs;

Impose sanctions on foreign officials and institutions that participate in or otherwise support the forced removal of organs.

Jointly sponsored the bill’s Congressman Smith said, “pluck the organ is a globally significant, brutal and inhuman and outrageous behavior, since cross-border trafficking gangs and terrorist groups, profiteers, even the government, especially the regime of the communist party of China, killing innocent people, selling their organs for profiteering.”

“This is a global problem that requires a global response. Under our bill, the State Department will identify and expose those who regularly extract and trafficking the organs of vulnerable groups such as political prisoners or minorities, punish perpetrators, and promote effective sanctions and travel restrictions.”

“This bill will help bring more light to these terrible acts, to the evil perpetrators, and ultimately help put an end to these terrible human rights abuses,” he said. Smith said.

“Members of the Communist Party must be held accountable for these unspeakable acts,” Representative Tom Suozzi said in a statement. The world will not tolerate the crime of forcibly removing organs.”

In March 2020, the Independent People’s Court in London issued its final written verdict, saying: “Forced extraction of human organs has been taking place on a large scale throughout China for many years, and Falun Gong students are one of — and possibly the major — sources of — human organs.”

“Persecution and medical examinations focused on the Uighur population are relatively recent.”
