Stewart Rhodes, the founder of Oath Keepers, the largest armed militia in the United States, took part in a mass rally in Washington on Saturday to “stop the pileup and support Trump’s reelection.”
“I’m going to tell people the truth, because President Trump has his last chance as commander-in-chief,” rhodes said. He has the absolute right to declassify whatever he wants, and he should declassify all the dirty secrets in the CIA, FBI and NSA files, and expose all traitors in America and all those bought by the Communist Party.”
Rhodes’s Guardian of the Pledge, a nonpartisan group of former military, police and first responders, provided security for General Flynn and other large rallies in Support of President Donald Trump in Washington on Saturday. Rhodes himself was one of the speakers.
On December 12, 2020, tens of thousands of people held a series of marches and rallies in Washington to “stop the stolen election and support Trump’s re-election”. Since the election, similar events have been held every Saturday in all 50 state capitals.
Rhodes supports President Trump’s use of the Counterinsurgency Act to fight traitors. “They are accusing us, as I saw on CNN yesterday, of ‘Sedition by the state of Texas bringing the suit and getting other states to join,'” he said. ‘They showed us what they were doing, and it was fanning the flames on a massive scale.”
“President Trump must use the rights that the Founding fathers gave him,” rhodes said. He’s the president. He’s the commander-in-chief. The Founding Fathers, in their wisdom, gave him everything he needed in the Constitution. He has a duty to do it, and he must do it now.”
“If the president doesn’t do it, the people will,” rhodes said. He added that people like him would eventually struggle against an illegitimate government.
“It’s very similar to the American Revolution,” he said. They are fighting a foreign power through their proxies in the United States.”
The Counterinsurgency Act is a federal law enacted by the founding fathers in 1807. The law authorizes the PRESIDENT of the United States to deploy the military and the Federal National Guard under certain circumstances to effectively halt civil unrest.
