Is the unveiling coming? Powell spoke for millions! — Powell: Trump can use executive order to interfere in election

President Donald Trump speaks at the Operation Warp Speed Vaccine conference in Washington, DC, on December 8, 2020.

Sidney Powell, a prominent US lawyer, said the Controversy over foreign interference in the November 3 US election was “sufficient to trigger” president Donald Trump’s 2018 executive order on foreign election sanctions.

According to trump the executive orders signed by September 12, 2018, 45 days after the elections in the United States, director of national intelligence should be with any other appropriate administrative departments and institutions (organs), the head of the negotiation, in the evaluation of any foreign government, or a foreign government agents, or any personal intervention on behalf of foreign government agent American elections intent or the purpose.

Powell told the EPOCH Times that the order could give Trump powers ranging from seizing assets to freezing equipment and even requesting the seizure of voting machines.

“Under emergency powers, he [the president] could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into the matter, which is exactly what needs to happen.” Powell said. “Every machine in the country, every voting machine, should be impounded right now.”

“Frankly, for anyone willing to settle the law [lawsuits] and the facts on the basis of truth rather than politics, corporate greed or global wealth, there are sufficient criminal and legitimate reasons to make this case.”

Over the past month, people including Linda Brickman, chairman of the Maricopa County Republican Party, and Powell have accused Dominion Voting Systems machines of counting Trump votes in Biden’s name. Brickman told lawmakers at a November 30 hearing in Arizona that she saw “more than once” Trump votes being counted in Biden’s polls after they were placed in the Dominion voting machine at the Maricopa County counting center.

Powell noted that by an executive order in September 2018, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe had only a few days left to report to the president. It is not clear when, or if, Ratcliffe will release the report, because so far he has not publicly said he will.

Almost no one has mentioned the executive order since Trump signed it.

If Ratcliffe gives the order, Powell said, “it will astonish every citizen in this country who is willing to see the truth and the facts.” “Because never in the history of this country, we have never seen anything like this. We must stop this now or there will never be a free and fair election, “he said.

The executive order also stipulates that the heads of the Departments of Justice, Homeland Security and any other appropriate agency shall submit a report assessing the U.S. election within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information.
