Biden, the Democratic presidential candidate, claimed to have “no knowledge” of his son Hunter Biden’s business. But “Hunter’s Hard Drive” shows that in a September 2017 email to the general manager of his office building, Hunter referred to the elder Biden and his Chinese Communist Party partners as his “office mates.
In a September 21, 2017 email to Cecilia Browning, the former general manager of the Swedish House office building in Washington, D.C., Hunter wrote: “Please provide the new office partner with Keys.”
He then listed these “office partners” as Joe Biden, his stepmother Jill Biden, his uncle Jim Biden, and Gongwen Dong, labeling Dong as an “emissary” for now-bankrupt Communist China Energy Corporation (CEFC) Chairman Ye Jianming.
Hunt also asked for a sign for his office that reads “The Biden Foundation” and “Hudson West (CEFC US),” and said, “[The office] is a “messenger” for the now-bankrupt CEFC. and said, “The (office) lease will remain in the name of my company, Rosemont Seneca.”
At the same time, Hunter provided the contact information for Jane Yip and Gongwen Dong in his email, and confirmed that Yip was one of his partners.
Less than 50 minutes later, Browning wrote back, “We are pleased and honored to welcome your new colleague!” and confirmed four office keys as well as a change in the name of the door sign.
In an email, Browning confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) that Hunter’s company, Rosemont Seneca, did rent offices in the building between February 2017 and February 2018, “which is correct,” but she declined to provide more information.
When contacted by the English-language Epoch Times by phone Friday (Dec. 11), Browning declined to comment on the emails, while not disputing their authenticity.
The emails came from a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop. The laptop was provided to DCNF by former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani about two months ago (October).
In a May 13, 2017 email, Hunter and several of his colleagues, including members of the Biden family, were listed as being “compensated” in a joint venture deal with CEFC. The email described Joe Biden as a “big shot” who would receive a 10 percent stake.
Hunt revealed this week that he has been notified by federal prosecutors in Delaware that they are investigating him for “tax issues. The investigation is also focused on Biden’s foreign business activities, including his work with CEFC, according to several left-field media outlets. Fox anchor Tucker Carlson noted that the most sensitive topic for Democrats right now is “election fraud”; their current rhetoric is: “There was no election fraud”; what they are trying to do is What they want to do now is to divert attention, and the “Hunt investigation” has done that.
Tucker added, “There are people who want to replace Biden and move on to the next story, which is the story of Kamala Harris and her funders at Google ruling America.”
Charlie Kirk, a conservative American activist, tweeted, “Harris and her radical team may be behind these new leaks against Biden. They used Joe and now they’re removing him.”
