Trump Legal Team Files Urgent Petition to Joe State Supreme Court

President Trump’s legal team has filed an emergency petition with the Georgia Supreme Court, the Gateway Pundit website reported Friday.
The petition comes just hours after the Supreme Court denied Texas’ petition to challenge voting procedures and investigate voter fraud in four battleground states.

Reports say the campaign is seeking to decertify the results of the Georgia election, which were highly controversial due to extreme ballot irregularities.

President Trump filed a massive lawsuit in Fulton County, some highlights of which include 2,560 felons who voted, 66,247 underage voters who voted, and 2,423 unregistered people who voted.

The lawsuit also lists 1,043 people who registered at P.O. Boxes, 4,926 people who voted in Georgia after registering in other states, 395 people who voted in two states, 15,700 ballots that moved out of Georgia before the election, 40,279 ballots that were not re-registered in the new counties after the move, and 30,000-40,000 absentee ballots that lacked proper signature matching and verification.

The legal team provided numerous affidavits and outlined more than 30 violations of Georgia law and regulations.

Nearly 200,000 illegal ballots were highlighted in the lawsuit, enough to change the outcome.

“By blithely claiming that the general election was a ‘stunning success’ with ‘no credible evidence of irregularities,’ Georgia officials are undermining public confidence in the integrity of our elections.” State Republican Party Chairman David Schaefer said in announcing the lawsuit.
