The Texas lawsuit against the four swing states for unconstitutional elections has created a clear partisan dividing line. Those who have taken a stand in support of Texas are all Republican states, while those supporting the four swing states are by and large all Democratic states, while Vice President Pence and 106 Republican House members, have publicly supported the Texas lawsuit. FCC Orders Removal of Huawei and ZTE Equipment
On December 10, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) voted to further strengthen restrictions on the role of the Chinese Communist Party in the U.S. telecommunications sector by initiating proceedings to revoke China Telecom’s authorization to operate in the United States and ordering U.S. telecommunications providers to remove Chinese companies Huawei and ZTE equipment from their communications networks.

Trump to overturn election results, CNN and other left media panic

Mississippi Pennsylvania lawmakers ask to join Texas lawsuit
Many state lawmakers and voters asked the Supreme Court on Thursday to allow them to join the Texas lawsuit challenging election results in the four swing states.

Joe State Election Official: More Than 20,000 Voters Did Not Cast Presidential Ballots in General Election
More than 20,000 voters in the state who voted in the general election did not cast a presidential ballot, Georgia Voting Systems Executive Manager Gabriel Sterling said Thursday.
He said Sen. David Perdue (R-Ga.) received about 19,000 more votes than President Trump (R-Texas) in eight counties.
Sterling also said there are 132 ongoing investigations related to the election, involving 23 investigators. He added that there are also about 101 cases under investigation involving specific allegations that went awry before the election.
He said Georgia residents should vote in the upcoming Jan. 5 runoff election for the Georgia Senate, and he pledged that there will be no fraudulent voting in the state in the 2020 general election.
However, surveys show that Georgia voters will vote in the runoff, but do not trust the system.

Other evidence of voters voting in two different states, including Georgia, and of voters “registering” their addresses as U.S. Postal Service facility addresses “disguised as apartments” or P.O. Box addresses when they voted, the letter said. Brainard also highlighted other voting irregularities that occurred during the Georgia election.
“It is clear to me that examining this evidence can be a time-consuming and complex ordeal,” Brainard wrote. “To help you in this endeavor, I would be happy to help your staff with the confirmation of this.”
Video of election officials demonstrating how Dominion tampered with ballots
A Coffey County, Georgia, election official recently posted a video online demonstrating how Dominion Voting Systems’ voting software can change ballots through an “adjudication” step. This step allows the operator to add a mark to a scanned ballot or invalidate a ballot’s vote mark.
“Adjudication” should have been used only to solve problems where the voter’s mark was unclear, such as when the voter filled in a mark that did not clearly show who was voting. However, at least in some Georgia counties, a significant number of ballots appear to have gone through this process.
As Coffey County elections official Misty Martin demonstrated, the Dominion system can be set up to allow “adjudication” of all scanned ballots, even blank ballots, and allow operators to make changes to those ballots.
The videos were posted by local news site Douglas Now, whose publisher, Robert Preston, told The Epoch Times that they were shot this week at the local elections office.
“According to our election staff, this Dominion system is flawed, insecure and can be manipulated if someone has the intent to do so.” Preston said in a Facebook text message.
It’s unclear how many ballots were “adjudicated” statewide. But in Fulton County, where the city of Atlanta is located, as of Nov. 4, Richard Barron, the county’s elections director, said at a Nov. 4 news conference that more than 106,000 ballots in the county had gone through the “adjudication ” step.
Gwinnett County, also led by Biden, reported on Nov. 3 that since Oct. 19, “a total of 5,900 batches of ballots have been completed by the (adjudication) review team.”
Gwinnett County has more than 120,000 absentee ballots, and the 5,900 adjudicated batches could easily cover the total number of absentee ballots in the county. This means that almost every batch of ballots was adjudicated.
Georgia is a key battleground state, with 16 electoral votes. The current results show Biden just under 12,000 votes ahead of Trump.

“But in those states where there was a significant surge in Biden votes, (statistically) the ratio of pre-to-post-suspension votes from the same basic overall voter, (where there was an anomaly) would be less than 10,000 trillion to one in any of those states.” Navarro said.
“If you assume that this one-in-ten-thousand-trillion scenario could not have happened, the question becomes: what could explain why the mail-in ballots that appear in major swing states after 3 a.m. are different from the underlying overall population before 3 a.m.? One answer is election fraud.” Navarro added.
Navarro’s claim has been proven by at least one expert. Charles Cicchetti, an economist with Pacific Economic Group who has served as an expert witness in several civil, arbitration and administrative proceedings, also has formal training in statistics.
He testified in Texas v. 4 swing states that the odds of Biden flipping any one of the 4 swing states with Trump ahead are 1 in 10,000; if Biden takes all 4 swing states at once, the odds are another 1 in 10,000.
Trump: With the courage and wisdom of important people will win the election
