Linwood attorneys sent out a message Wednesday that Georgia’s Secretary of State, who refused to appear for the next day’s election fraud case, could not be subpoenaed because of his special status. There are widespread questions about the Secretary of State’s ulterior motives.
On Wednesday, Linwood tweeted, “Brad Raffensperger, Georgia Secretary of State, was scheduled to testify before a Georgia House committee on Thursday in the Nov. 3 election fraud case.
He just withdrew and cannot be subpoenaed unless a special session is called.
Governor Brian Kemp refuses to do so…”
Netizens have questioned whether the Secretary of State has something on his mind: “If they didn’t do anything wrong, why didn’t they testify?” , others said he was “sitting in the basement like Biden” and that “the Georgia House should look at Rafnsberger’s and Kemp’s refusal to be transparent as just that: a clear attempt to hide something. The legislature needs to act and throw out what they don’t want to discuss – an obvious vote rigging.”
Attorney Powell retweeted Linwood’s tweet, screaming “WOW,” along with an icon of three arrows in the bull’s-eye.
