Nearly all of Giuliani’s symptoms are gone, and he is expected to be released from the hospital Wednesday.

Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump’s lawyer and former New York mayor, said he expects to be released from the hospital soon.

“I’ve been moving around. I think they’ll discharge me tomorrow morning,” Giuliani told WABC radio on Tuesday (Dec. 8).

Giuliani is reportedly being treated at a Washington hospital. He didn’t want to go to the hospital before, but Trump told him, “Don’t be silly, if we send you to the hospital, we can get it done in three days.” That convinced him.

Last Sunday, Kawakami tweeted to announce that Giuliani had tested positive for the Chinese Communist virus (Wuhan pneumonia). That night, Giuliani also tweeted that he was “well cared for and feeling good. Can recover quickly and keep up with everything”.

On Monday, Trump told reporters that he had just spoken to the 76-year-old Giuliani on the phone and that he was “in very good condition” and “has no fever.

Giuliani said almost all of his previous symptoms had disappeared, except for a cough. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), other symptoms that can occur with the Chinese Communist virus include pain, loss of taste and smell, and shortness of breath.

Like Trump, Giuliani was treated with the drugs remdesivir and dexamethasone.

He said, “After taking the cocktail (antibody cocktail therapy) yesterday, I immediately felt 100 percent better.” He said he did not overreact to what happened because he had previously experienced cancer and other serious illnesses.

“I’d rather face the risks than live in a basement for the rest of my life,” Giuliani said, “This is a curable disease now, and the mortality rate is completely different than it was five or six months ago.” He also criticized New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other officials who recently enacted the partial lockdown for acting as if the mortality rate is the same as it was five or six months ago.

Prior to his diagnosis, Giuliani had been traveling to attend hearings at the state legislatures in Arizona, Michigan, and Washington, D.C., on allegations of election fraud and other irregularities.

After Giuliani’s diagnosis, the Trump campaign released a statement saying that Giuliani had taken two tests before traveling to the three states, both of which were negative. He did not develop symptoms and test positive until more than 48 hours after his return. According to current CDC guidelines, no state legislators or members of the press are on the contact tracking list.

But the Arizona Legislature has since announced a one-week closure. Christina Bobb, an attorney and host of “One American News Network” (OAN), tweeted condemning the shutdown, the first time the state legislature has been shut down since the outbreak. The speaker of the state House of Representatives wants to use this as an excuse to refuse to convene to review the state’s fraudulent practices.

Jenna Ellis, an attorney with Trump’s legal team, also said the move was “completely unnecessary.
