CDC Notifies States to Prepare for Distribution of New Crown Vaccine

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released documents Wednesday showing that state public health officials have been asked to prepare for distribution of the promising new coronary vaccine to high-risk populations in late October.

The CDC has asked states to prepare for distribution of the neocrown vaccine as soon as late October.

According to documents released by the CDC on Wednesday, the vaccine will first be made available free of charge to at-risk populations, including health care workers, national security personnel, and residents and staff of elderly homes.

The timing couldn’t be more politically important, as if the vaccine were in place in October, it would be just before the U.S. presidential election.

The New Crown epidemic is still ongoing and has killed more than 180,000 Americans. The Trump administration has invested billions of dollars in developing a vaccine.

Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top infectious disease expert, told MSNBC television earlier Wednesday that based on the percentage of volunteers in vaccine trials already underway, there may be enough clinical data by November or December to know that one of the vaccines is safe and effective.

Drug developers including Modena, Britain’s AstraZeneca and Pfizer Inc. are currently leading the way in developing safe and effective neo-crown vaccines.

The two possible vaccine options described in the CDC document match the vaccine characteristics of Pfizer and Modena.
