The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council released “Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education” on Tuesday evening (12), proposing two goals: first, by 2025, the enrollment scale of vocational undergraduate education will not be less than 10% of the enrollment scale of higher vocational education; by 2035, the overall level of vocational education will be among the top in the world and a skill-based society will be basically built. The document mentions: encourage listed companies, industry leading enterprises to hold vocational education, encourage all kinds of enterprises to participate in the organization of vocational education in accordance with the law.
