The massive fraud in the 2020 U.S. election is not just an attempt to prevent Donald Trump from being re-elected as president, but a massive attack on the “electoral system” at the heart of American democracy.
The consequences of this attack, which cannot be measured by the tens of millions of votes cast, will lead the American people, and indeed the people of the world, to waver and doubt the American electoral system, and thus the entire founding principles and democratic system that have shaped America’s more than two hundred years of prosperity and strength.
This is a well-orchestrated attack, and the results of the damage have been clear and obvious.
At the heart of what is being blamed for this massive election fraud are the multiple voting machines in the United States and the counting software and various data analysis and calculation systems that operate within them. This is an undisclosed, hidden system. We cannot see the inner workings of the system, we do not know where the data is being transported and processed, and the systems cannot even be effectively reviewed or audited – a classic example of digital technology leading to authoritarianism.
Simply put, if the American people are unable to conduct a full-scale investigation of the voting machine system, it will be the official end of American democracy. Because a few so-called techno-elites who have mastered this system can manipulate the results of all future elections with the flick of a finger in a dark room. It’s a perfect world of standard digital authoritarianism, where “Big Brother” is now on the political stage. Those who are deprived of their democratic rights will inevitably become slaves to the power of digital tyranny.
This is the ideal world of the Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez, and it is also the ideal world of the Chinese Communist Party. In fact, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has officially proposed the concept of “Modern Governance Capability,” which is based on the core of a system that combines big data with artificial intelligence (AI) and citizen surveillance.
In a normal democratic state, the executive and judicial branches of government are politically neutral. During general elections, the various branches of government avoid getting involved in disputes in order to prevent the government’s power from being used by those in power to influence the outcome of the election.
This time, however, the situation is completely different, and the scale of the various systematic election frauds is so great that they have caused serious harm to the basic institutions of the United States. This is not an isolated incident, but a carefully planned, years-long effort to manipulate not the presidency, but the very institutions of democracy under the U.S. Constitution.
This is no longer a matter of electoral politics, but of naked criminality on a massive scale.
The President’s highest duty is to defend the Constitution.
President Donald Trump publicly delivered a 46-minute video address on December 2. At the beginning of the speech, he specifically emphasized that “this may be the most important speech I’ve ever given.” Trump said that the U.S. election is no longer about whether he is personally elected, but about how to protect the U.S. electoral system, the U.S. Constitution and founding principles, and to put the interests of the United States first, rather than personal fame and fortune. He spoke at length about fraud in the election, arguing that these massive and systematic frauds are actually an attack on the American system.
Trump stated, “As President, my highest duty is to defend the laws of the United States and the Constitution, which is why I am determined to protect our election system, which is now under systematic attack.”
Trump pointed to major irregularities or outright fraud on an unprecedented scale in all the swing states, where votes were poured in instantaneously and few people knew where they came from. The media knew about it, but they didn’t want to report on it,” said Trump. In fact they refuse to cover it at all, or even cover it up.”
As Lincoln Fellow at the Claremont Institute and former Soviet writer Matthew Tyrmand was quoted as saying on social media, “We know they’re lying, they know they’re lying, they know we know they’re lying, but they’re still lying. Lies,” and commented that the statement “applies to Soviet communism as well as to big media, high-tech companies and the establishment left in America today.”
He pointed out that there was a suspicious company in the election, namely Dominion Voting Systems, which was responsible for all the votes in the swing states, and that 96% of their political contributions went to the Democrats, and that Dominion’s data appeared abroad, not in the United States, and that “Dominion is a disaster.
Evidence has come to light that the Chinese Communist Party and Iran are behind Domini. It would be “treason” if a court were to find that the US election data had been sent abroad.
President Donald Trump issued a formal declaration of war against the fraudster group during his speech on December 2, a declaration of war to take back not only the election, but also the United States and justice.

The meteor was moving west at about 90,000 kilometers per hour and exploded at an altitude of 22 miles, producing an intense, blinding flash of light when it exploded.
The Chinese believe in the unity of heaven and mankind, and that visions of the heavens are often indicative of great things happening on earth. Currently, the United States is in the election period, due to the Democratic Party and the Biden camp broke out a large-scale fraud scandal, arousing the anger of the American people, the Trump team is fighting a legal battle, the people of all 50 states also continue to protest the Biden camp’s theft of the election.
As Trump said on October 20, choosing him or Democratic candidate Joe Biden is like choosing between the “American dream” and “socialist hell”.
Former U.S. National Security Advisor Gen. Michael Flynn, in his first interview with the media since being pardoned, also noted, “It’s hard for me to call someone a Democrat or a Democrat now. That name has actually been taken over by the Democratic Socialist Party of America”.
Trump also said in his speech that they have collected massive amounts of evidence of election fraud that everyone else will see and say, “Wow! So much evidence, but it’s too late to change the outcome of the election,” but “the fact is, there’s still plenty of time to certify the right winner, and that’s what we’re fighting for.”
Trump specifically emphasized that “if we don’t rule out fraud in the 2020 election, we won’t have a country.”
It’s about restoring fairness and confidence in American elections. It’s about American democracy, a right sacred to many Americans who have sacrificed their lives for it, and therefore, nothing is more urgent and important than protecting the system. To realize that “there is still plenty of time to certify the right winner,” the Constitution has granted special powers to the President, and it is especially important to initiate special measures.
Executive Order on Sanctions for Foreign Election Interference, 2018
On September 12, 2018, President Trump signed an Executive Order entitled “Executive Order Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Intervention in U.S. Elections” based on the U.S. Constitution and U.S. law, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (NEA), the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), and Section 301 of Title 3 of the U.S. Code.
Because it is an Executive Order, it does not require congressional approval and must be implemented by all levels of the U.S. government in accordance with the law.
The Executive Order requires the Director of National Intelligence to assess, within 45 days of a U.S. election, whether a foreign government, or anyone acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has interfered in a U.S. election and to provide that assessment to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.
If the assessment determines that a foreign power has disrupted the U.S. election, the U.S. authorities will impose various sanctions on all those directly or indirectly involved, such as freezing their assets, banning exports from the country, and prohibiting the trading of their stocks.
If Venezuelans interfere with the U.S. election through the Dominion system, not only will their assets be frozen and seized, but those involved in helping them, such as the owners of U.S. Dominion companies, the Venezuelan government that provided the funds, or the extreme leftists involved, will also be sanctioned.
If it is confirmed that Biden, Obama and other far-left bigwigs, including those associated with the FBI and CIA who have betrayed Trump, have at least indirectly helped foreign powers undermine the integrity of U.S. elections, President Trump’s executive order includes them among the targets of sanctions.
In a major speech on December 2, Trump mentioned that he was considering appointing a special prosecutor to investigate the controversy surrounding the illegal, rigged vote in the 2020 election. This may be the result of inaction on the part of William Barr, the attorney general.
Special Presidential Powers Exercised by Prior American Presidents
On November 28, retired Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney, formerly the number three man in the U.S. Air Force, and General Flynn were publicly interviewed by telephone on the WVW-TV radio network. McInerney was the whistle blower who publicly came forward on November 1, two days before the election, to report that the CIA would be using the Domini voting system to commit fraud.
He spoke of the U.S. military’s seizure of the servers of the voting system involved in the fraud at the CIA stronghold in Frankfurt, Germany. He used the term “treason” to characterize the CIA and others involved in rigging the election.
He implored President Trump to “stay in office until the treason is revealed, otherwise America will be mortally wounded and the time is ripe for an enemy takeover.
The document refers to President Lincoln’s extraordinary actions to save the Union during the Civil War and compares it to the “Civil War” that is dividing America today, calling on President Trump to exercise his special presidential powers as Lincoln did.
While the U.S. Constitution uses Congress and the courts to limit presidential power, it also grants “Presidential Prerogative Power” to the president. By virtue of these prerogatives, the late American presidents took many steps that future generations would consider crucial. The people thank them for their courage and wisdom in helping the country through its most difficult times.
President Trump is seen as the Chosen One, and with his military, police system, special forces, and government resources, he has the support of the majority of the American people, as shown by the actual turnout in this election, and has absolutely superior resources to set things right. In addition, the few extremist elements of the Democratic Party and the fake media and online social media have not gained the moral approval of the public and are vulnerable.
Today, not only does the majority of the American people support the President’s fight to defend the foundations of the United States, but the rest of the world also expects the beacon of American democracy to shine on earth, and for the United States, the “world policeman,” to remain strong and continue to maintain the world order.
Because if this fraud succeeds, not only will the United States perish, but the whole world will be plunged into darkness. The current Hong Kong is a good example. On the one hand, the Chinese Communist Party is taking advantage of the U.S. election to create chaos in the U.S. At the same time, it is blatantly violating human rights in Hong Kong, arresting protesters at will, disqualifying pro-democracy legislators, causing the collective resignation of pro-democracy legislators, and dissolving the Legislative Council in disguise, making the people of Hong Kong live in misery. From this point of view, the world cannot live without the United States, and this is of great significance in the fight against fraud.
On December 2, Attorney Powell called for a press conference in Georgia: “It’s time for every patriot in our country to step up and let your voice be heard and taken seriously.”
Lin Wood, a leading U.S. human rights lawyer, tweeted on Dec. 2: “Our country is headed for civil war. This war is being created by third party bad guys for their own benefit, not for the benefit of our people.” He noted that “Communist China is playing a leading role in the evil attempt to take away our freedom.
The community expects the U.S. judiciary, both local and federal, to take immediate, comprehensive, and effective action to thoroughly investigate this massive attack on the very core of American democracy.
President Trump has the power to exercise his authority under the U.S. Constitution to take decisive, effective and urgent action to stop this massive attack. It is the responsibility of the President of the United States, the responsibility of every government official, and the responsibility of every American citizen to protect the U.S. Constitution and the founding principles of American democracy, regardless of whether this devastating attack comes from within or without the country.
