At 1257 hours on May 30, a 3.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Mado County, Guoluo Prefecture, Qinghai (34.68 degrees north latitude, 98.30 degrees east longitude), with a depth of 9 kilometers.

At 14:14 on May 30, a 3.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in Gander County, Guoluo Prefecture, Qinghai (34.16 degrees north latitude, 100.25 degrees east longitude), with a depth of 9 km.

At 14:55 on May 30, a 4.9 magnitude earthquake occurred in Mado County, Guoluo Prefecture, Qinghai (34.65 degrees north latitude, 98.48 degrees east longitude), with a depth of 9 km.
