U.S. Election Rigged, Top Experts Testify Under Oath

On December 2 at 4:00 p.m., President Donald Trump gave a video address from the White House. This election is about an election for the highest office in the greatest country in the world, about restoring (Americans’) faith and belief in American elections, about the democracy and the democracy that generations of (American) blood and lives have secured,” Trump said. Divine Right. There is nothing more important and urgent.” Trump has vowed to defend the dignity of the Constitution and the law, and the most important right of American citizens – the right to vote.

The 2020 U.S. presidential election is a rigged election designed to put Democratic presidential candidate Biden in office and bring down the current U.S. president and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. This has been amply proven by the numerous facts that have come to light. However, there are still those who claim that there is no evidence that the election was fraudulent.

On November 25, former U.S. Attorney and prominent attorney Sidney Powell filed a complaint in Georgia alleging serious fraud in the election. Attached to the complaint are numerous witness statements, including a sworn affidavit from Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, who is a former U.S. Attorney in Georgia.

In his affidavit, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia wrote: “I received my B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from George Mason University, my Ph.D. degree in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Southern California, and my Ph.D. degree in Education from George Washington University. I received advanced training from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National Security Agency (NSA), the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).”

“I am employed by a large defense contractor as a lead cybersecurity engineer and cybersecurity subject matter expert. Over the course of my career, I have performed security assessments, data analysis, security counterintelligence, and forensic investigations on hundreds of systems. I have 35 years of experience in technical assessments, mathematical modeling, cyber attack pattern analysis, and security counterintelligence.” “I have provided technical support as a consultant and subject matter expert to the Department of Defense, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and U.S. intelligence agencies such as the Defense Intelligence Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and the Department of Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis to assist in counterintelligence as well as law enforcement investigations.”

Dr. Koshabarz-Niah’s testimony, translated into Chinese, is over 5,000 words long and contains a lot of jargon that is difficult for the general reader to understand. Here, his conclusions are highlighted as follows.

“I conducted a detailed analysis of the New York Times dataset and found that the obvious anomalies were due to the results of fraudulent manipulation. Judging from my perspective as an expert, the evidence is extensive, across all of the swing states I have studied.”

“The vote distributions in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia do not conform to the normal operation of the system. Rather, they are the result of deceptive electronic manipulation targeting specific voting machines.” “The evidence is widespread and compelling: remote operators engaged in a massive fraud operation.”

“I conclude with confidence that the data for the 2020 election was altered in all swing states, resulting in the transfer of hundreds of thousands of votes originally cast for President Trump to (former) Vice President Biden.” “In my opinion, the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible.”

Dr. Koshabarz-Niah is one of America’s top cybersecurity experts. In this moment of global focus, in this important election that concerns the future of the United States and even the future of mankind, when disinformation about the election is flying and the truth is being deliberately concealed, shielded and blocked, Dr. Koshvarts-Niah’s testimony is of particular importance.

First, it is truthful, credible, and authoritative.

At the end of his testimony, Dr. Korshawarzi Nia writes: “Pursuant to the provisions of United States Act 1746, No. 28, I do hereby swear that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, under penalty of perjury. Sworn on November 25, 2020.”

In its entirety, the testimony is entirely that of an expert who asks questions, analyzes issues, and draws conclusions from a scientific perspective, using scientific terminology and probing for the truth. It is both presented to the court and publicly available, and it is subject to questioning and verification by court scientists.

In the United States, perjury is a federal felony, punishable by up to five years in prison. Federal felony means that perjury is a felony in all 50 states of the United States, although the penalties vary among the states. In other words, if Korshavarts-Niah perjured himself, not only would he be ruined, but he would also go to prison.

Dr. Korshawarzi Nia’s testimony to the testimony he gave, and being able to take the above oath shows that his credibility is very high.

Second, it will be an important basis for the court’s decision.

On the issue of gross fraud in the election, lawsuits are being filed in a number of states by Trump’s legal team, Republican Party organizations, private legal teams, etc. Some of the lawsuits have already reached the federal courts. Some of these lawsuits have already reached the Federal Supreme Court.

The United States is a nation of three branches of government. Although the American court system has been eroded and some judges have been corrupted, the rule of law is still there, the relatively independent judicial system is still there, conscientious judges are still there, and juries that use common sense to judge are still there. Judge trial, the most important thing is to look at the evidence. The more solid and sufficient the evidence is, the greater the possibility of winning the case.

The sworn testimony of Dr. Korshawarzi Nia, because of its truthfulness, credibility and authority, is undoubtedly of great help to the court in deciding whether there is serious fraud.

Third, it is a tangible expression of the witness’s conscience, morality and justice.

On November 7, Biden, the Democratic presidential candidate, had declared himself the winner of the election. On the same day, the so-called “mainstream media” in the United States declared Biden the winner. So far, many national and regional leaders have congratulated Biden on his election.

According to the U.S. so-called “mainstream media” and the world media that carry them, Biden has become the 46th President of the United States.

Against this extremely abnormal background, Dr. Keshawarzi Nia, who has already made a name for himself, could have chosen not to speak on the issue, so as not to put himself at great risk. Witnesses have already been hospitalized and some have even been threatened with death. He could also have chosen to help the Biden camp speak out, and in doing so, could have received huge benefits or advantages from the Biden camp and the financial giants, tech giants, media giants, and Washington politicians who are behind him.

But Dr. Korshawarzi Niah still came out publicly and spoke the truth. It took tremendous moral courage. This is a conscientious scientist who deserves full recognition and praise for making the right choice at this critical moment in history.

Dr. Korshawarzi Nia is not the first authoritative expert to come forward to testify, nor will he be the last. So far, a number of authoritative experts have come forward to testify that the election was grossly fraudulent. Such as Russell James Ramsland Jr. an election security expert, Bobby Piton, a mathematician, Phil Waldron, a cybersecurity expert and retired Army Colonel, and Dr. Shiva, an Indian-American scientist with four degrees from MIT.

Exactly one month has passed since November 3rd, the final day of voting in this election. There have been so many overwhelming events in this month. All kinds of demons and monsters have come out and people of conscience have come out. The fierce struggle between good and evil, good and evil, light and darkness, is still going on.

In his December 2 speech, Trump said that his legal team has taken the issue of massive election fraud to court, where the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on it.

I firmly believe that justice will triumph over evil, and in the 2020 U.S. presidential election, Trump will probably perform another miracle and be the one who has the last laugh and the best smile.
