The Gateway Pundit reported on May 21 that one of Biden’s top priorities is to ensure that demented, perverted men are allowed to share shower space with women. Biden signed an executive order in January entitled “Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.
Biden’s order says that “children do not have to worry about whether they will be denied access to restrooms, locker rooms or school athletic activities.”
A Christian college in Missouri filed a lawsuit against Biden, claiming the overreach is a disservice to women, girls and people of faith.
The College of the Ozarks sued Biden and the Department of Housing and Urban and Development last month, arguing that the U.S. government cannot force private religious schools to place boys and girls in the same dormitory.
A federal judge appointed by Obama ruled this week in the Christian college’s lawsuit, saying they must allow biological males to share dorms and showers with females.
Judge Roseann A. Ketchmark, a female judge in the District Court of Western Missouri, ruled so strongly against the Christian college on Wednesday that it could face a $6 million fine if the Christian college violates the order!
Valerie Coleman, a spokeswoman for the college, said the school will appeal.
