The actress Ashley Judd, who has faded from the big screen in recent years and focuses on animal conservation, recently broke her leg in the African rainforest and became the focus of the limelight again. She has been suffering from depression for a long time, and after devoting herself to women’s rights and animal care, her depressed life has begun to turn.

The company’s first ever Golden Globe Award nominee, Ashley Judd, whose representative works include “Fatal Pursuit” and “Divergent”, had an accident in February when she went to Africa to participate in animal conservation research, breaking her leg into four pieces on the spot.

It took the guide 55 hours to rescue Ashley from the depths of the jungle, including 3 hours of hammock carrying and 6 hours of motorcycle carrying. She was injured on the way through the rugged mountain roads, gritting her teeth to endure the pain, before being put on a helicopter and flown to South Africa for medical treatment.

Ashley Judd recalled that when she arrived at the hospital, her body had been completely unrecognizable. During the two-month recuperation period, she finally went from “rehab pain to crying while doing it” to a stable condition.

For Ashley, the accident with a broken leg was serious, but it was nothing compared to the sexual assault and depression she suffered in the past.

The company has been in the process of developing a new product for the first time.

Ashley is the second generation of a star, but her childhood was a tumultuous one, a “mess” in her words. In her memoir, “All the Sweetness and Sourness,” she reveals that she followed her mother, country singer Naomi Judd, around performing at a young age, alternating between her father’s, mother’s and grandmother’s homes, and changing schools over the course of 12 years.

Exposed to a complex environment at a young age, Ashley was unfortunately assaulted by an adult male at the age of seven, leaving a shadow on her growth and suffering from depression and bipolar disorder (also known as bipolar affective disorder). She has said that this experience has influenced many aspects of her life in the future.

As a child, Ashley was a hypervigilance child, with a tendency to self-harm and severe perfectionism, seeking perfection in everything and often driving herself into a state of madness.

She was a child of the Hollywood sex scene and her career was halted.

As she grew into adulthood, Ashley sought professional resources to heal the wounds in her heart. A pastor told her to stop pursuing perfectionism, otherwise it would be the same as self-abuse, because “perfectionism is the highest form of self-abuse”.

After a long journey of healing, Ashley shared with the world that depression was a gift to her life, for which she is grateful: “If the trauma is not resolved in essence, it will only move elsewhere and continue to rage.”

In 2017, Ashley Judd revealed to the media that she had been sexually harassed by media mogul Harvey Weinstein, and that her career had suffered a major setback after she refused his requests for intimate contact. The company’s newest product, the “MeToo” campaign, has seen more women come forward and publicly identify Weinstein’s bad behavior.

The woman is a vegetarian and cooks her own food.

The woman, who is over 50 years old, relies on diet and exercise to maintain her health, and often goes to the mountains and the sea to engage in nature activities.

Aishley Judd is a vegetarian, plant-based diet, with fruits and vegetables, dried legumes, nuts and cereals as her daily source of nutrition. She prefers to cook for herself than eating out, and advocates more relying on her own cooking food to control the daily calorie intake.

In addition, Ashley also spends a lot of time exercising to maintain her figure, and enjoys Zumba aerobic dance with friends. In recent years, she has also fallen in love with doing aerobic yoga (AcroYoga), describing the exercise as “making people happy, giving you a subtle experience that transcends the mind, the body seems to melt away and stand still in time”.
